I stayed for 2 months having previously stayed in Nimman. Ro's place ticked all the boxes for me

This place is perfect as a home base for exploring Chiang Mai. Quiet location away from tourist hustle and bustle while still a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in Old City. There are markets near by for essentials. Drinking water is provided in the common area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check-in when we got in late (my fault for not reading the instructions). The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

I loved that the accommodation was quiet and secluded! On Saturday, there was a night market right in front of the accommodation, so it was easy to see, and there were many things to do. Above all, they welcomed us kindly and the quick response was the best! However, it was a pity that the lighting in the house was a little dark! It's definitely a place I'm willing to come again!! I made so happy memories ~ Thank you♡

Highly recommended apartment! Great host, responsive and willingly and quickly, help with everything we asked for. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment but the host responded quickly and explained to a taxi driver where the exact location was. Don't let the outside old look of the building fool you, this is a clean, tidy apartment, with a homey feeling and you can see that the host has thought about the small details to make the stay pleasant. Want to mention the local neighborhood residents for the better, smiling people, welcomed us well even though we were the only foreigners, there is a neighborhood small market with very tasty dishes, 7/11 very close by. It might be more comfortable to get around with a car but we got along really well with taxis. Definitely a recommended place.

I had a great time for 2 months; fully equipped kitchen, everything present to make the stay pleasant. Drinking water will be delivered to order at a bizarre low price. Washing machines and dryer on the ground floor but I went to a laundry shop around the corner. Behind the building, off the main road, is a nice typical Thai neighborhood where I have walked wonderfully through the winding streets

Very private and secluded, yet in great location for old city. Super friendly and responsive staff. Helped us with numerous queries (taxis, activities, vegan food). A very authentic, peaceful feel to the house. Air con in bedrooms, comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

1. The location is great. But sometimes Grab delivery drivers can't find the location. DN wellness Massage helps you find it. 2. Both the room and living room are the same as the photos, and it's hot, so I didn't spend time in the yard, but there is a pretty garden. 3. The sound of the plane is sometimes heard between 12-1pm, but it is not a problem at all for those who are not sensitive. 4. I asked for more towels and was provided by communicating right away. We provide so much bottled water that you don't have to worry about bottled water during your stay. 5. I delivered the late checkin request the day before checkout without consulting in advance, but they were willing to let me and I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. 6. 5 family members lived and had a very comfortable stay, so I definitely want to come again next time. (Be careful of slippery stairs when coming down from the second floor. The shower was a little old, but we didn't have much trouble using it. If you are sensitive, you can prepare a filter shower.) Thank you very much for sharing your space with us. Thanks to this, I was able to get a lot of good impressions of Chiang Mai.

a great little place in a really good location. it has a fun bohemian feel, good vibe and so much to do in the area that you can walk to. we had lots of fun just exploring the city on foot from here. little private yard for sun bathing and a spa tub built into the outdoor deck were a nice relaxing spot to cool off in.

We stayed here for 22 days, it was a very pleasant experience. On the day of our stay, Bill was warmly greeted, let us have the feeling of going home, the space is very spacious and comfortable, the space is very spacious and comfortable, it is full of artistic atmosphere, I can't help but imagine that the host must be an artist, and the cleaning is clean and tidy. The kitchen and all kinds of bedding are fully equipped. Bill also has enough mineral water and all kinds of drink snacks for us. The whole stay is also very comfortable, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe to get around, there is also a swimming pool in half a minute walk, the water quality is also very good, it is a special home, it is very suitable to bring the whole family to stay on vacation!

Napaphat's apartment is an excellent place to spend a week in Chiangmai. Situated on the town-facing side of the building, it's actually very quiet during the day and you don't get the perpetual traffic noise experienced on the other side. Well-placed for food outlets it's a short walk to the Maya department store and supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

we loved our stay here! the location was perfect! we could easily get around but also the location was peaceful for sleeping at night ✨🥳 Ming was a very helpful host, very responsive and gave us lots of local recommendations to visit 🥰

I was happy during my stay. It has a peaceful view and terrace that you can't normally enjoy in your home while feeling at home. It was easy to get to both Wonim Bay and Maya on foot, and taxis are good. Most of all, I liked running the washing machine comfortably at home! I want to come again. The host always responded quickly, so I had no trouble communicating. The bed was guided to a queen, but I think it was a king. It was really big. It was comfortable.

To start, Pear is a 5-star super host! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is great for easy going people looking for a cheaper place away from the touristy chaos. The building is a bit older, but the room is newly renovated. Everything in the room is new. So there is nothing to complain about. Its also quiet and cool at night so you can sleep peacefully. If you're familiar with Chiang Mai, then getting around is no issue. It's about 10-15 minutes to th city gates. There are local eats around the area, markets, and a few good cafes which are perfect for using your laptop. Overall this place is great value for your money.

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!
