The place was amazing. We had a smooth, clutter-free wall in the living room which we used as a projector screen to screen movies. They had an extention cable which was very long and helpful for us. Only two troubles were, food delivery people had a hard time to locate us and it would have been amazing if there was an AC in the living room as well. Everything else was perfect!

Want to spend sometime away from city life, then this is the best place. Peaceful environment and super friendly responsive host will make your stay bliss.

This place is nice. Go there. The house is literally at the beach and since we are swimmers / bathers and sea-lovers that is something very special. The local fishermens village is nice and people are friendly. You can watch the boats arrive with freshly caught fish. Guna - the caretaker - and his family are great hosts, helpful and gave us good advice. The only obvious downside is the distance to Mahabalipuram (approx 18 km) where we went tvice to cover the incredible sights in there.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—stunning, well-maintained, and clean. Though it doesn’t have a beach view, the stay was excellent. The pool was great, and the caretaker was very helpful with food and amenities. Communication with Rithika was friendly and flexible. They even opened the terrace for us, trusting our maturity to handle it safely. Adding an extra guest last minute was hassle-free with no extra charge. The place is peaceful, with minimal restrictions—just respect the surroundings, and you’ll have a great time. Perfect for a relaxing stay with friends!

Wonderful property, would return again! I booked this property for a family get together, and it was worth every last penny. It was a group of five adults and a toddler and everyone had something to do at the property! The pool was clean, water was non-chlorinated and the kitchen was spotless. The terrace is an absolute vibe with good views and a fresh breeze! The caretaker staff were prompt in service. There are a couple of very good restaurants nearby and all delivery apps are available as well. The beach is at a stroll away as well! In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a laidback getaway that's still close enough to the city! 💜

we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future....
