We enjoyed our super short stay at Pratik's place! He went out of his way to accommodate us even tho we arrived very late at night. We were apprehensive about it, but he helped us cheerfully despite the time. His recommendations for food and sights was very helpful and we had a great brunch ordered in from Cinnamon! The place is simple, clean and comfortable! The stores on the ground floor are quite convenient and well stocked! The morning tea on 2nd floor balcony amidst the lush green environs was a God-sent after the dusty city balconies we have still not gotten used to! Took me back to my roots, reminding me that my heart feels complete in small towns. I am truly thankful I chanced upon this economical, homely, complete home.Comfortable for our family of 4.There is one full bathroom and a sink in the common area- which worked for us. It's on the 2nd floor, which was also fine, maybe a problem if someone has mobility issues. All in all, a gem💎of a find!Thank you!GodBless✨️✨️✨️

Harry and Tanna was a fantastic host Harry was responsive he helped me with the things . The location was great easy to find and everything as expected. One small issue was network and wifi is little weak besides that everything fine Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this area.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

Excellent Airbnb - everything you need, the staff servicing the Airbnb are very friendly and host was great too. Amenities are good (pool and gym) - the gym also not very busy which was ideal.

Convenient spot for early or very late flights at Dabolim airport. Friendly people I passed while walking to a great take out restaurant called Bocha’s chicken curries, though it isn’t an area with shops or much street life. Would stay again now that I know where it is.

A Perfect Stay Near the Beach! Our stay at Arcadia Villa in Candolim was wonderful! just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, We truly had an amazing time here,so close to the beach. It’s a perfect place for a getaway, and we would highly recommend Arcadia Villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Candolim.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . We can't wait to return to Goa and stay at this incredible villa again

I had the pleasure of staying here recently for three nights. If I had to describe it in three words I would say Cozy, Clean and Comfortable but I’ll write a little more 😉The place is lovely. We were a group of ten and we didn’t have to fight for a bed, there were plenty as the place is super spacious . Extra points for no wait time for hot water, if you’re one of those people that likes a warm shower even if its boiling outside (like me). The beach is really close by and its one of those quiet ones, perfect for a sunset stroll. All the good restaurants are also within ~10kms . Kurt was an amazing host and was very responsive and friendly with every query we had even before we reached the property and also after. Kudos to Kurt. Once we reached the place, Kurt’s mum helped us with the check-in and suggested us some places we could go visit . What truly stood out was that she was always just a message away and helped us with everything we needed :) Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing 3-night stay at this lovely and spacious villa. The private swimming pool was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to relax. The cook was exceptional, preparing delicious breakfasts that made our mornings even better. The villa’s location was ideal, close to many tourist attractions, making sightseeing convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to visit again!

Wry well maintained property. Comfortable rooms, ample space for a family and friends to stay. Peaceful surrounding. About 1.2 kms from the beach. All rooms have AC Dinning table which you can also convert to a TT table There is a Foosball table instead of pool table Kitchen is all equipped in case you want to cook in house Two cars can be easily parked

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.
