Lovely garden and my daughter loved picking oranges herself and squeezing them to juice for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay in Michaels place which made our week in Jardim Do Mar great. Super location in the village with easy walks to the promonade. Michael was easy to communicate with and an attentive host which we can highly recommend 😊👍

We stayed at this place for one week and had a wonderful time. The house is in the middle of a small banana plantation, and upon our arrival, we were greeted with a bunch of local bananas and a mango from Veronica. The beach is within walking distance. The road leading to the house is a quiet, private, local route that takes you through two tunnels and past some waterfalls, adding to the charm and excitement of the place. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Veronica is an amazing host—very responsive and always helpful. We definitely recommend this place for a stay!

What a great place! As soon as you go through the gates, the hustle and bustle of Funchal fades into the background and you find yourself in a tranquil oasis surrounded by banana trees. The accommodation itself was perfect and the pool a God-send. Buffy and Frank were the perfect hosts - so welcoming and friendly, always available for any questions and super-responsive. One of the best Airbnbs we have used!

Thank you to the owners for the warm welcome! We had a wonderful stay—nature, hiking, and food were all amazing. The only slight disappointment was the sunset view, which many had mentioned. Depending on which apartment you book, the experience varies. The ground-floor apartments have stunning sunset views, while those on the upper floor have side terraces and limited sunset views in winter. However, we still found other beautiful spots around Madeira to enjoy the views and a glass of poncha!

The apartment is lovely and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is huge and very comfortable. We had a few wet days but it was a lovely space to chill out in and there was plenty of hot water for a bath! We had delicious food at Joe's bar and at the restaurant on the square, which is more expensive but has a great view over the sea. The village is pedestrianised and so walking around it and along the front was lovely. The car park was always full but the road in front of it has plenty of spaces and is free.

We stayed in SeaSky for 5 days. Although the arrival at the accommodation is by a steep concrete slope, arriving and leaving by car is no problem. Parking spaces are well marked on the ground, we have never had any problems. The duplex apartment offers a magnificent view and allows you to wake up with the sound of waves on the shore and facing the sea. The pool is a great asset after a good day walking or driving around the island, or enjoying the terrace of the accommodation. Special mention for the extra "pool" towels provided. A very, very good accommodation.:)

Our arrival went smoothly even after a delay in our flight. Joao was there to welcome us, introduce us to the house, and provide us with some recommendations. The house is beautiful, convenient and even better than in the photos. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

A sublime place for nature lovers, with a most professional welcome. From the Airbnb, you can easily start the Pico do Arieiro hike. The small chalet is very comfortable, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to come back for a future stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view, spacious room with all facilities and fast communications with the host.

It was wonderful to stay up on the hillside above Tabua. Beautiful view every morning, extremely quiet, fresh eggs from the gentle hens. The home is spacious (only two of us, but definitely lots of space for four), we had all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed. We spent most of our time in the pergola or on the deck. Both for meals and relaxation time. Gomes provided great communication, welcomed us with a tour and had fresh fruit from the property waiting for us. The Levada Nova is a couple hundred steps down the hillside. Getting to the north or west was a 30-45 min drive. Great for discovering Madeira. We loved the location, but you need a vehicle and you can’t walk to bars, restaurants or night life if that is your thing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Madeira, and the Torre Bella Gardens were a big part of that. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the garden was beautiful, on the top of which we were able to taste the fruit grown in the garden. :) The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you can clearly see that they care about this place and the well-being of their guests. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a taste of Madeira, I hope we will return here in the future. :) Gábor & Nelli

Such a nice and beautiful house to stay in while visiting Madeira. Amazing view under a beautiful landscape. Carolina was extremely responsive and provided us help when required. The jacuzzi is a must

João is an exceptionally friendly and proactive host. The Villa and the Pool are in the most scenic Environment and the Infinitiy Pool is the cherry on top. We came as a group of 6 to both work and spend some time in nature. Fully recommendable!

We were very lucky to spend a few days at Villa Sweden and it was just amazing! The hosts are incredibly warm, attentive and helpful – they made our stay perfect from the beginning. After our adventurous explorations of the beautiful island, Villa Schweden was our little paradise to relax. The views are stunning, whether at sunrise or quiet dusk. The jacuzzi was the absolute highlight and let us relax in the best way every night. The villa is decorated with a lot of love, super clean and nothing is missing. Thank you so much for this wonderful time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and both the apartment and the surroundings were fantastic. The pictures and the view are slightly outdated due to the new development arround. Nevertheless, the view is there und ist was a great stay.

Leonel and his wife have created a cluster of wonderful apartments born out of absolute passion and love for the region and his family’s heritage. My wife and I stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment with its own private roof terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. The accommodation is located amongst the towering lush green mountain scape. The kitchen is really well equipped with an oven, microwave, hobs and double sink. A stunning location & apartment. Beware that no paper products can be flushed down the toilet, so there’s a separate bin for this…

We were traveling as a group of friends — 9 of us. The property was amazing — privately located just on the edge of the cliff with a beautiful infinity swimming pool that could be heated for an extra price. Maria and Carlos are very lovely people and brilliant hosts. We have gotten all necessary instructions and were warmly welcomed, while our privacy was valued and we saw no one within our 1-week stay that helped us feel at home. The location is terrific: we enjoyed a scenic hike down to the ocean, and this part of Madeira has probably the best weather on an island. There is also a beautiful waterfall in a close distance and you can hear it as well as the ocean from your bedroom. Although everything was worth the money, some parts of the house may need a facelift: the beamer was too old so it was hard to watch movies, bedrooms and bathrooms also were a little too cold and outdated and lacked home feeling. But overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it ❤

Quiet and peaceful, but close to everything you could want. Rodrigo's place is extremely clean and feels more like a home than an accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need, and Rodrigo is more than happy to help if there's anything more. Located just up the hill from Ponta do Sol, you can't get a much better location on Madeira. We stayed for a month, and a highlight for "long stays" was being able to get fresh, local organic produce from the Farmers Market in Ponta do Sol (Rodrigo can help walk you through this process, though it is simple). The space feels large (especially the bedrooms) and the view from the balcony is incredible. Can't recommend the stay more.

The Casas Na Ilha was very clean, large and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The pool and kitchen were great for large groups as well as each room had its own bathroom. We would come back. Isabel responded very quickly and kindly to messages and the check-in with the door code was very easy and convenient.

Great apartment - extremely comfortable and spacious with beautiful sea view. We needed to hire a car and Elisabete advised us who to use and we had secure parking in the garage. Would stay again!
