Our month-long stay at this beautiful cottage in the hills of San Diego was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived Marina, made us feel like family. She was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location itself is serene and peaceful, offering a perfect escape while still being an easy commute to both Alpine and San Diego. The property is stunning, with gorgeous surroundings that made every morning feel like a dream!! The cabin is well-decorated, with a cozy yet stylish charm. Marina has VERY good style and taste. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was a great size for our needs. As a family of three with two large dogs, we did find the space a bit tight for a long-term stay, but Marina was creative in helping us with extra space and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a wonderful host, this is the place. We’re so grateful for our time here.

This place was the perfect escape! The tiny home offered a private and tranquil retreat, surrounded by beautiful land. My daughter's favorite part was definitely the friendly farm animals – the goats and donkeys were so sweet and made our stay extra special. It was incredibly relaxing, and we'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Koko's home was a magical Christmas experience for our family of 4 adults and 2 dogs. We arrived after dark, but the house was beautifully lit and welcoming. We had an access code, so it was easy to enter. Once opening the door, we were greeted by an abundance of Christmas cheer, including a fully decorated and lit Christmas tree. It even smelled like Christmas! The Kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances, tools, dishes, cleaning products and even spices. The bedrooms had comfy beds and bedding, with extra pillows and blankets. Both bathrooms had lots of towels, soaps and shampoo. Koko's New Country Home is truly a home away from home; it was more than we could have expected. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Daryle and Jackie were amazing hosts from start to finish. They do live on property and we had the pleasure of meeting them and having a nice conversation. The patios were beautiful we ate dinner on the upper patio one night. The studio itself was perfect for us. It was cozy tidy and had everything we needed and more. We would recommend this booking to friends and family and we will definitely book again!!

This a great place to stay. It’s plenty quiet and has a great view. The stars were wonderful. Overall good place to get out of town!

This place was fantastic for my group of friends that come down each year for our annual desert ride. The location is great being close to the local watering hole and restaurants. There is easy access to desert riding and the gated property put us at ease knowing our stuff was safe and secure. This house is spacious with lots of comfortable seating for hanging out. The fire pit and hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Very nice stay. Home is super cozy and clean. Host was awesome and communicated almost immediately if needed. Home sits on a large lot and is very private.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. The place was as described and more. The kids had a great time making s'mores by the pool. My husbands service dog forgot for a minute she was a service dog and had the time of her life. I recommend this place you will definitely enjoy your stay. Every dollar spent was worth it.
