Exactly as pictured and described. Mark was a responsive host and gave clear, concise instructions for finding the property. Overall great value for money and I would have no reservations in recommending!

Nice comfortable, very well presented, warm & within arms reach of the local amenities, restraunts. Figs downstairs on the arcade 5* The Kingsway 5* Cafes, Marples on sea view St 5* (many more) & some of the countries best fish & chips shops to name a few, Steel's corner house in the market place 2 minutes walk Ernie Beckett's also in the Market place & Ocean fish n chips on St Peters AVE. Arrival instructions were spot on! The keys were a bit tricky at first getting in through the front doors but found using the rear access alot easier along with parking at the back of the property on Dolphin St. Thank you for the Chocolates and wine which were enjoyed over a game of monopoly & cards, nice homely, warm and cosy. It's the first time we've used Air B&B and we was very impressed with Jimmy's place. It is situated on Alexandra road actually on the sea front and next to other apartments and can be busy in the daytime. 4 minutes walk to the train station & near all local bus routes👌

Visited last year; was super impressed with location, cleanliness and Ash’s communication. This time Ash was really helpful and went above and beyond to help me regarding booking. The apartment in itself was just as before; welcoming, clean and absolutely perfect. Cannot fault the location, the apartment in itself nor Ash. Perfect prime location and will always be our go to, to stay at when we visit Skegness. My kids walked in and remembered it straight away and said “yay we love it here!” Thanks again for an amazing stay will be in contact to visit again soon ☺️

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

Nina has been very helpfully with our stay and place has been great for engineers to stay very clean and tidy

Colleagues stayed in this accommodation so it is hard for me to review but as far as I'm aware they enjoyed their stay.

Booked with Cody for a 4 day weekend and could not have picked a better place. I received clear instructions for our arrival. We had to contact Cody to ask something and he called straight back and advised in a friendly manner. The house was spotless and a lovely set up with the loft bedroom fought over with my daughter..she won. Id certainly hope to stay there again on my next visit and happily recommend to a family or friends wanting quality accommodation.

Wow what a lovely little house. Had everything we needed and more, lovely touch having coffee, tea and little milks available, just what we needed when we got there. Modern decorating and furnishings, beds where comfy, the bathroom is beautiful and very spacious. Lovely fluffy towels, toiletries where a perfect extra little touch. Perfectly located for what we needed, and the fish and chips recommendation was great.

Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The house is lovely and was pristine for our arrival. The location is ideal, a minute from the beach and a quick walk from shops and arcades. Our dogs also loved the house and especially the closed in garden. A outdoor dog bowl was even provided. The bath and she shower were lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use and had every appliance we needed. Will definitely stay again

last minute plans to come to Cleethorpes, the appartment was lovrly and clean , plenty of clean towels and cleaning products, host was perfect, replied straight away, in a great loxation it was lovely and warm would recomend for short or long break, i personally will be renting this lovely little appartment in the future xx

Siobhan and Lee have a beautiful home exactly as advertosed in a great location so close to the sea. Siobhan was very prompt in responding to my messages and gave lots of helpful tips. I will definitely come back and stay again in the future.

Ben's place is superb, close to all amenities (an easy 5 minute stroll) and also the promenade and beach. Being just outside the town, there is very little nightime noise. Ben has renovated the place to a high standard and it really is a home from home. Highly recommended 10/10

We were extremely happy with our stay. The penthouse is furnished perfectly. We were able to provide our 15 month old with her own room with the layout of the place as we brought our travel cot and baby monitor which worked via WiFi. It was relaxing to open the double doors in both the bedroom and sitting room. Perfect size and location for a family and even if it was two couples staying. Lovely to have the park opposite and only a couple minutes walk to the seafront and main clock tower and high street. They described the stairs leading up to the penthouse so we were prepared for these and didn’t seem too many when doing this every day. Immaculately cleaned and facilities provided. Would definitely stay again:

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie’s for the new year and couldn’t have asked for more! The photos don’t actually do it justice as the apartment is stunning and a lot bigger than what we expected! Couldn’t recommend Valerie enough x

Good location and easy to get where you need to go, handy to have parking available on the street too. The flat has all the basic amenities you need for a short stay, but be mindful to bring toiletries/soap/tea/coffee etc though as these aren't provided. Chanel was very responsive and helpful when we had some very small issues during our stay, overall a really good place for the price ☺️

We had a great stay. The property was super clean and warm with everything that you could need. we would like to come back in the summer!
