Visited last year; was super impressed with location, cleanliness and Ash’s communication. This time Ash was really helpful and went above and beyond to help me regarding booking. The apartment in itself was just as before; welcoming, clean and absolutely perfect. Cannot fault the location, the apartment in itself nor Ash. Perfect prime location and will always be our go to, to stay at when we visit Skegness. My kids walked in and remembered it straight away and said “yay we love it here!” Thanks again for an amazing stay will be in contact to visit again soon ☺️

A lovely place to stay. Well equipped and easy walking distance to the main high street. The shower was hot and powerful and the place has a huge TV in the living room. The large beds were comfortable and we slept very well as very quiet overnight. Also has available off street parking, which was handy as the road does not have much parking availability. However, the main car park is only around the corner and is only £3 to park all day. Overall, it was a great place for an overnight stay, thank you Neil.

Just back from a few days away in their Cleethorpes flat. Cannot fault it, perfect location with fabulous sea views. Great sized flat, spacious( 1 adult 2 little ones in our party). Pristine, modern and great facilities. Any queries I did have the hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful. Beds perfect if you love a soft cosy bed with super soft pillows. Would love to visit again soon. I've thing to note, which wasn't a problem for us but there are stairs to the flat and then stairs to the attic bedrooms so just be mindful if you have mobility issues. loved it, thank you for having us. 😊

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

Very cosy home even though it was freezing outside we felt very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Great location and we will return when it warms up as we have family who live close by. Exactly as it looks in the pictures.

This house is in a fantastic location, you are so close to the beach, funfair, shops and arcades. Wolfies bar only a few doors down does great quality food. Nathan was a great host, informative and friendly. Love that the living space is upstairs. I would return to this property again.

Super place to stay. Clean, modern, spacious and with a drive for parking which is a premium in Cleethorpes. Great location.

We had a lovely family holiday with 4 adults and 5 children. Perfect walking distance to the coast and the amusements. Lovely big dining space for us all to eat together. Enclosed garden for the kids to play in safely. Overall a great place!

We were a party of 8 and we found the house ideal. Maddie was a great host - quick to reply and provided good information throughout. The house was perfect - cool decor, really clean and ideally set out for any size group. Location was great for us, loads to do and Maddie gave some great recommendations regarding pubs and restaurants. We would all recommend Maddie’s place.

last minute plans to come to Cleethorpes, the appartment was lovrly and clean , plenty of clean towels and cleaning products, host was perfect, replied straight away, in a great loxation it was lovely and warm would recomend for short or long break, i personally will be renting this lovely little appartment in the future xx

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and a superb stay at your beautiful property. The house is absolutely stunning, had everything we needed and more and no pictures can do it justice! As soon as we notified of a slight problem we had, you came straight to sort it and really looked after us! My in-laws, son and daughter had a fabulous time and we were all very grateful for the welcome basket and the doggy one too! Can't wait to return in May!

lovely stay, great communication when needed

Ben's place is superb, close to all amenities (an easy 5 minute stroll) and also the promenade and beach. Being just outside the town, there is very little nightime noise. Ben has renovated the place to a high standard and it really is a home from home. Highly recommended 10/10

We were extremely happy with our stay. The penthouse is furnished perfectly. We were able to provide our 15 month old with her own room with the layout of the place as we brought our travel cot and baby monitor which worked via WiFi. It was relaxing to open the double doors in both the bedroom and sitting room. Perfect size and location for a family and even if it was two couples staying. Lovely to have the park opposite and only a couple minutes walk to the seafront and main clock tower and high street. They described the stairs leading up to the penthouse so we were prepared for these and didn’t seem too many when doing this every day. Immaculately cleaned and facilities provided. Would definitely stay again:

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie’s for the new year and couldn’t have asked for more! The photos don’t actually do it justice as the apartment is stunning and a lot bigger than what we expected! Couldn’t recommend Valerie enough x
