Felt like home. Served us with tasty pastries and generous supply of drinking water and coffee. Location is very near the main road. Peaceful and quiet place. Host was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to extend our stay for a couple of hours since we were unable to come back to the place on time from an event we attended. Overall, super satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pido's place is homey, spacious, and complete with amenities for a home stay. The place is well maintained, the host responsive, and Tina is wonderful. Though it's not easily accessible and walkable to Bagalangit, it was fine. We mostly cooked our food, except for our dinner on the last night at Altrove. It's good for families or friends who want to have close access to the Beach, Mt. Gulugod Baboy, and even to Tingloy. We even booked our next stay already, as we want to return for summer.

The place was clean, new, and overall a great place to stay. All the amenities were 10/10! The place was very well-kept Mhed was very kind and accommodating, and even assisted and drove for my dad when buying food. We stayed at the second floor of the place and the views were incredible. The place is beach front, but not really swimmable since it was a very rocky area. We had to get a boat ride to reach the white sand area, which was no problem for us. Overall, a fantastic stay in Mabini and would definitely come back!

The place is perfect for Family and group stay, clean (specially the bathroom), pleasant smell, tahimik, maaliwalas sa labas at loob ng bahay, all appliances and lights are working well, very cold room aircon with balcony, the owner is very nice, accommodating and considerate. I will surely recommend this place to stay in Lipa City.

Great value for money. We loved this place. Very helpful host and staff. Clear instructions for check-in and out. The unit was well-maintained and had great amenities.

The excellent customer service started as soon as we booked the place. Is the villa built like a 5-star hotel? Of course not but it's a lovely, modern home surrounded by nature. There are various types of bugs that fly in and out of the villa and you can't avoid them - live a little. The staff was so accommodating and helpful that it felt like a serviced residence rather than a short-term rental. There are a lot of restaurants in the area plus food delivery services so you won't go hungry should you decide to stay in and hang out by the pool or watch Netflix all day. The internet was fast and reliable and the rooms were sufficiently kept cold (not cool but cold in December) by the a/c. They provided everything we needed for a short 3-day stay. Our go-to place in Lipa! My parents enjoyed their stay because of the serene surroundings, perfect location, and impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended!
