We had a great experience at this summerhouse! The location is absolutely perfect – close to nature and with lots of peace and quiet, but still within a short distance to local sights and shopping. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that there is a lot of attention to detail. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Communication was easy and quick and we felt really welcome. The little personal touches that the host had thought of made a big difference and helped us feel at home right away. We highly recommend this summerhouse and hope to be able to come back one day.

A lovely little summer house in Bovallstrand! The house is decorated with lots of charm and has a lovely view of the water. The location is very quiet and nice.

If you want to experience life in a traditional Swedish home a few kilometers from the coast of Bohuslän and the engravings of Tanum, then do not miss this gem that awaits you at the end of the road (be careful to follow the instructions so you don't have to go wrong). In addition to the warm and child-friendly environment, you will certainly receive the visit of Hektor the cat who will pick up some pets. We will keep the memory of our time in this house without which our journey to Sweden would not have been so successful.

Incredibly charming cottage in a lovely, quiet and beautiful place. A little tufty and wildly close to the house but it is weighed up by the charm and unique location! Comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us adult and 3 kids and 2 dachshunds (who would have loved to explore the fields even more) Maybe good to highlight the hunting week celebration more in the listing? We enjoyed the view and watched the deer right in front of the house.The location is perfect for many great excursions and hikes in the archipelago. Very nice and cozy house right by the pier in Grundsund. Walking distance to the store and to the restaurant Pelles Smokesi which is also recommended. Johanna is a great host! Highly recommended

Wonderful stay, nice hosts and we were lucky with the weather. Bathed every day.

We spent about ten days with two people in this duplex in August. Gunilla, who lives next door was discreet and very welcoming. The apartment is as described. The rooms are small but sufficient. The stairs upstairs are pretty steep. There is an enclosed courtyard with two tables, east and south sides. The area is residential and very quiet. The house is on the edge of a small, uncrowded road. It's easy to walk to the center of the village in 20 minutes. The village is very beautiful, the restaurants by the docks. Lots of swimming opportunities for the brave. We mostly went hiking in beautiful scenery of granitic rocks of forest and moorland. Feel free to go off the trails to climb the rocks randomly of your cravings. In the immediate vicinity of the house do not miss the very wild gorges (Hunnebo Klövor) In short, a nice place in a beautiful area.

Large airy apt with the best location!

The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and very beautiful. The location was wonderful, the views were great. It was very peaceful at the end of August.

Great apartment, very nicely furnished! Comfortably equipped. Views of the archipelago fantastic. You have everything you need. Washing machine, dryer everything there and clean ! Terraces furnished , high-quality barbecue is also provided. Contact with Lennart was straightforward and kind! Perfect place to relax !

A perfect stay for our family with children. Close to sea, beautiful area, trampoline in yard and plenty of- plenty - of toys for indoor and outdoor fun.

The home is very well equipped! The location is amazing with a view enchanting. Close to a lot. An extra plus is that the Zita boats dock at the dock if you call and book.

We 2 families had an amazing week at Andrea's house. Everything as expected had with its own boat as complemented by rented place on the smögenbryggan. Cozy house overlooking the dock . Nice balcony and nice patios . Andreas responded to questions quickly and asked if they were needed perfectly. Can only recommend this listing!

A super great house, we felt very comfortable here! The location so close to the sea is fantastic and the surroundings radiate a wonderful tranquility. From the large terrace, we had a great view of the adjacent horse paddock. We also enjoyed the garden very much. Everything is also very well equipped inside. A small note: In the kitchen we only missed a few small things such as a can opener and a plastic cutting board. The rest was great! Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful house :)

Beautiful house on a lovely summer island. Lots of shared outdoor spaces to eat and drink together. Short walking distance to the fish market and grocery store. Make sure you take the short hike to see the sunset (just head west). Be aware, if you are very large, the bathroom might be difficult for you.

We can highly recommend the house and Bovallstrand. Above our expectations. You’ll find the best pizzas at Bageriet 🍕
