This place is absolutely gorgeous! It really captures the beauty and magic of Luxor. On top of the accommodations the host fed us the best food we’ve had in Egypt. Ahmed is super friendly and very accommodating and even ran to the store to pick up cold medicine when I told him I wasn’t feeling well. The host really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Valerie's house is a real little paradise, everything here is warm, the village, the locals . We only stayed 3 nights, but I would come back without hesitation. Hagag is a thoughtful person, he brought us our breakfast , always there If we needed a few things. Valerie helped my daughters and I enjoyed Luxor and organized our visits . It was always available A nice break from life!

We enjoyed our one night at Full Moon House. Mostafa was very responsive with all communication and his nephew Mohamed checked us in and looked after us. The view from the balcony across the Nile was wonderful and we watched the hot air balloons at dawn from the rooftop. There are basic food places all around and the ferry to the East bank an easy walk. Cleanliness and maintenance lacked a little bit but the beds were clean and comfortable. The price was good and I would stay again.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable ground floor apartment located one block from the west bank corniche. There are several very good restaurants nearby, and a mini market as well. The bed linen is of good quality, but the basics less so. The host is very kind and responsive. In case you need a strong WiFi for work, suggest you double check with the him if the WiFi has been upgraded as the current one doesn’t support teleconferences.

The boss is very nice, the whole hotel is on the edge of the Nile River, all in all very great

We are sad we could only stay one night, it was very peaceful, surrounded by green. The house has everything you may need, there's a garden outside where you can sit and a balcony to see outside. Daniel and his wife were very welcoming, he gave us a lot of tips for the remaining part of the trip. We arranged with him a very good tour to the Luxor and Karnak temples that ended up with a boat across the Nile and a tuktuk that brought us to their house. Recommended for a very peaceful stay.

It was very quiet and comfortable. We felt at home. Clean space, with modern furniture and few furniture, easy to organize.

Obama’s place is very comfortable and well located. The host is super helpful and attentive, helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend this place!

My sister and I had an amazing time in Luxor. The stay was gorgeous but what especially stood out was the tour guides. Mohamed and Ta ensured we had an amazing time and an authentic experience. They were the sweetest people! Couldn’t recommend them more!!

This is a nice place to live in. The AC might not working very well on the second floor during summer season. The host was kind enough to arrange me to the first floor. The host friendly and warm hearted. The views from room were beautiful. Overall, I recommend people to stay here. One thing I need to address is about the home meal. I had a dinner from the host on the roof top. Taste, service and food is all good. Personally, I don’t share the same idea on the price. 600 Egypt Pounds is a little expensive. I can share the following price, a bowl of noodles in a Chinese restaurant nearby, 180 pounds. Two burgers in McDonald in the city center close to Luxor temple, 330 pounds.

The best host I've ever had in Muhammad!He was very welcoming to take us to the local restaurants and drop us off at the ferry.The room was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures showed, everything, the best house I've ever stayed in in Egypt:) Also Mohamed is a gamer (because I didn't win at once) and you can try to challenge him

Very good stay with Mohamed. The accommodation is on a quiet street a 5-minute walk from the small shops and the banks of the Nile. The only downsides are the unheated pool (not possible to swim in February if you are chilly) and the sometimes limited wifi. Overall the space was clean but not spotless either. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay close to the city center, you can go there without a problem. In addition, a big positive point Mohamed who is the owner allowed us to arrive at 1h15 in the morning without any problem.

Mohamed was super helpful from the beginning, feels like home, super quiet place, you can use the washing machine (which we used once), big fridge, big bed, an outdoor pool… if you need something don’t hesitate to ask him, he gave us good recommendations for restaurant near by, places to visit and tours/experience you can book with him as well. In our stay the kettle stopped working but he replaced it immediately, the tv remote didn’t work we think it was the batteries but didn’t have time to use it more. I recommend staying here.

A wonderful place near everything 5 minutes walking to Luxor Temple and on the other side a shopping mall complete with all the pharmacy , supermarket, clothing store, snack bars, etc….. Perfect house for 4 people 1 comfortable double bed and 2 single bed. Kitchen with very complete essential.Nota 10 . I recommend it to everyone !

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elaine's, so much so, that on my next visit, I will definitely stay there again. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment has so much charm and character. It is a beautiful vacation oasis, much lovelier than a hotel. She and her husband are both quite friendly and helpful. If you like, you can also hire her husband as a taxi to collect you from the train station and to show you around. He is very nice and professional. Even the inner pool courtyard is a lovely area to tan, swim, and have fun. Overall, I highly recommend this location. See you next time.

This guest house is on the west bank side of Luxor. It is the same premises as the owner's home. We stayed on the first floor, but there were several rooms on the second floor, and the garden, rooftop, washing machine, etc. were shared. The room was overall clean. The shower has hot water. The kitchen is easy to use and has a washing machine, so I recommend it for long-term stays. The water and fruit service was also helpful. We offer transfers, balloons, Faluca, tours to various places, and family restaurants and cafes, so it's easy for those who want to enjoy themselves. We rented bicycles and enjoyed getting around the tourist attractions on the west side. Thank you very much.
