We had an excellent extended stay at the industrial house, having visited Mendoza many times over the years we were familiar with the city and waited for the perfect house. We rented the house for just over a month and during that time everything worked so well including WIFI, air conditioning, water/showers all were are operating extremely efficiently. It is a bright space with ample room for yourself and guests, the location is the best in the city walking distance to everything, we will not hesitate to rent again. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was cleaned regularly during our extended stay and both Emilia and Facundo were responsive if we had any questions.

Everything excellent! The house is large and very comfortable, it has air conditioning in 2 of the rooms and in the dining room that works very well. Also, it has a garage for one car and alarm in case you want to use it. Without a doubt, the best part of the house is the patio and the grill, ideal for asaditos, we took advantage of it a lot. The area is 10 minutes from downtown by car. It's very quiet and there are some shops to buy things and have coffee. Nacho, the host, is super friendly and responds very quickly any concerns. It was also flexible with the check-out since no guests came that day. We will definitely be back here! 🩷

The place was very nice and safe, we had privacy and peace of mind. We were 11 people and we slept very comfortable, everything was impeccable! I had everything I needed. A very nice house, large and very comfortable. The location is very good. You re are close to downtown, close to the airport and the omnibus terminal. Pablo is always at your disposal to respond super quickly and clearly. Super equipped, 3 aires and washing machine to highlight. We thank you very much for your hospitality, if we return to mendoza I would definitely rent this house again

We chose Villa Trinidad to spend our wedding days in Mendoza and it was just perfect. The whole family (17 people) loved it and we could not have picked any better. The house is beautiful. Four separated apartments, which allowed everyone to have privacy and also share the common spaces, having breakfast together, spending time at the pool or playing soccer in the grass, together with the local dog Tinto. The view from the mountains are incredible. Waking up to see the Cordillera dos Andes is priceless and we took some good pictures from there. What stood out, anyway, was the staff. Besides Rosario and Gaby, which were helpful and available the whole time, there was security guards during most part of the day and night, all very polite and giving us the comfort that we were secure. The rest of the staff was awesome too: serving breakfast, cleaning the rooms everyday and making sure we were always comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon!

Exceeded our expectation! very comfortable king bed, spacious, clean and well-lit environments. We felt at home. Autonomous admission, and they even left us some delicious cookies, milk, coffee and sugar for breakfast. We went with a pet and was able to use the beautiful garden without problems. We were able to rest as no noise is heard. the pool looked spotless. we'll be back.

The house is spacious and has everything you need. All the best, the park and the pool, ideal for relaxing a few days. It's somewhat far from downtown, in a super quiet neighborhood, just as we were looking for. Nearby there is a small downtown with businesses and restaurants and is ten minutes from several wineries. Very careful everything. Fabio is very friendly and responsive. Would come back! recommend it.

A very good experience. The house is far from downtown but there are ubers all the time, excellent to take advantage of a weekend pool and disconnection but at the same time always easy to get around and the hosts are too attentive. We arrived and they bought us supermarket, they helped us organize the nightclubs, they gave us easy check-out later because they delayed the flight. In addition, they were always attentive, everything was impeccable and the ideal house to go in a group of friends or family. 10 min drive to chacra which is very cute and 15 minutes to all the boliches. Very good experience would go again.

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

We stayed at Kelly’s for the first time in our 3 years travelling to Mendoza. We enjoyed the private accommodations, pool and yard. The rooms suited my wife and I great. Nice size bathroom to cleanup in and second wash sink separate from the main bath was beneficial as well. We will most likely return to Mendoza again next year and would easily book Kelly’s place again. We don’t rent a car, while we are there, so the location is a 20-25 min walk to a grocery store, butcher, veggie/fruit and bakery. Everything we needed was close by.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Mendoza! It’s not only spotless and well-maintained, but also perfectly located. You can easily walk to many nearby places, enjoying the convenience of a central location without the noise of downtown. The area is peaceful and quiet, providing the best of both worlds. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, yet conveniently located spot in Mendoza. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and the host was always willing to support us in everything even explaining with video how certain things in the house worked. That made things a lot easier for us. Thank you for everything!

The house/property was beautiful. Very big/private. Plenty of room for a big family. Claudia was very responsive and always answered texts quickly. The Quincho is great if you're a cook! We plan to stay here next time we're in Mendoza and even contemplated asking if we could have our wedding here hence the reason we were in Mendoza!
