Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lucerne

Very nice and special Airbnb. Everything was nicely prepared and they felt comfortable.

We highly recommended Jennifer & Alice’s place. It is mainly because of multiple reasons. Firstly, the location of the flat is highly advantageous, as it is close to a bus station and there is a bus scheduled there that can take you at a time of under 20 minutes to Luzern Bahnhof which is next to the central train station. Secondly, our host is very generous and kind; when we arrived, she gave us a very detailed house tour, and secondly, she was always there to respond to any of our problems in the flat, in which there were very little. Thirdly, the flat had all our essentials and it is very tidy and well furnished, and there was a fan in each of the main rooms in accordance to the baking temperature. Finally, I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It has given us great memories and we are very thankful of Jennifer and her efforts to make us comfortable.

We were very well hosted by Theres, very nice cottage, very nice view, the kitchen is well equipped, rustic but very pleasant to live in. The rooms are big. We'd be happy to come back.

Everything about this stay was perfect- starting with Jost‘s excellent communication and check in instructions along with recommendations, followed by a truly amazing chalet with high end products and a great view out of all windows! We stayed here with 2 families and all enjoyed it. We loved sledding with the kids in Loipe Langis- just a 20 min ride-thanks Jost for the recommendation! We felt that Jost and his wife truly care for the wellbeing of their guest- much appreciated ❤️

Great host! Location is very nice and the cottage is very beautiful! Fully equipped and all the instructions are available.m in English and German.

Place is super clean, well furnished and super cosy, you feel that Jaqueline is really invested in preparing a tidy place for her Guests! She was also super reactive in case we needed anything! I vividly recommend!

a beautiful home in beautiful surroundings. the views from the house were just awesome. house was very clean, warm with plenty of room for us five. the kitchen is more than well equipped and we basically felt at home. Sabrina lives next door and is quite helpful. The house is also a very nice picturesque stroll from the shops. we loved our stay and won't hesitate to book again if we were visiting Lucerne again.

I had a lovely stay at Philippe’s place. Everything was clean and Philippe even offered me some of his home grown vegetables.

Excellent stay in Stansstad, a quiet little town, close to Lucerne (15 min by train) which is a good starting point to discover the many riches of the region. Reni's place is as described, clean and perfectly suitable for a family of 4.

I have been here so many times already that I run out of descriptions of how nice of a place this is. The owner is super nice, communication is always easy and polite. The place itself is cosy, clean and its offering everything you could wish for. In one sentence I couldnt imagine what to improve here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was very spacious and modern. Check in was easy gaining access to the building but despite the Airbnb being clean already, early check in was not available.

Only one word - Amazing! Petra’s house looks exactly the same as per the photo and the view is absolutely amazing! Her house is located slightly above the hill, so on your way down (I drove a car) you could see a super beautiful scenery of the lake and snowy mountain its just mesmerising! The equipments in her house are all good and looks like new. And most importantly, she have toys and games if you are coming with kids. So thats another plus point. And the location is quite ok, especially if you are driving in swiss. Its reachable within one hour to attraction area like grindelwald, lucerne, kandersteg. Its perfect! Will surely come back here if i visit swiss again.

We are a family of 04 (02 adults and 02 kids) and have spent 08 days in Switzerland. George’s apartment in Lucerne was the perfect base for our journey around this iconic country. We’ve found the place cozy, neat and extremely convenient. The location couldn’t have been better. Only around 10 minutes walk from the main station and many restaurants, stores, coffee shops, bus stops, groceries and food markets just next door. George is definitely a super host. He is very responsive and made everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend George apartment as a perfect place to stay in Lucerne and would definitely come back again. Thank you so much for the hospitality, George!

The communication with Eveline was wonderful in advance. On site we were very kindly welcomed by her mother. The apartment is very nice. New bathroom, new kitchen and new floors. With lots of wood and everything was sparkling clean. The apartment is on the second floor of a farmhouse.

We had a great experience at Tina's place during our recent stay in Lucerne. The apartment was within walking distance of the train station and of the old town and was super comfortable, cleanand cosy. Tina responded promptly to all of my enquiries and was very helpful with directions etc. You will be able to hear the train (as other reviews have indicated) so you should expect that, but it did not materially intrude on our experience. This is somewhere I would love to stay again if I am ever back in Lucerne.

The spacious appartement is beautiful and very clean. We had a great stay to explore the winter wonderland in Lucerne, Pilatus and Oeschinensee. Rita was very kind and helpful.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is in a great location. Just above Engelberg, easily accessible by bus stop without a car. The underground parking space is ideal.

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

It was awesome stay here, house was well setup for kids as well. lots of toys available for kids. felt like in home. Only thing missing was dishwasher or washing machine, but that was not described as well.
