Vacation rentals with beach access in Lucena

God blessed us with this stay, spacious apartment, complete with everything we need to be very comfortable. Organized and safe condominium, close to markets, bakeries, cafeterias, pharmacies... During our stay, I needed very little contact with the host or co-host, because the apartment is so organized, it doesn't need help, but when I did, I was answered very quickly. Parking spaces without difficulty to park, and there are two, good internet, full kitchen (really!), comfortable living room, clean bathrooms and everything new, all rooms with air-conditioning, comfortable beds and wardrobes. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave, I would live there easily. Congratulations Tércio, congratulations Divane, and thank you so much for providing us with such a pleasant place. Oh..., God willing, we'll be back!

Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I needed to reschedule the date of my stay and she was promptly understanding and made the change! And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during the stay! The place is beautiful, the pool view is wonderful and it is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in João Pessoa!

Impeccable apartment, extremely attentive host, we arrived outside of check in time, he made our entrance available before the time, the excellent bed and bath linens, rooms with air, comfortable beds, wonderful pool area on the days we used was just my family, quiet building a block of pharmacies, markets and restaurants, wonderful views of the sea, we didn't want to leave! Very quiet place, Apartment exactly as the photos, in person better! We will definitely come back!

Our stay was excellent! The host was extremely kind and flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made our experience even smoother. I found all the kitchen utensils I needed. The pool was clean, the garden well maintained. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. I thank Xisto for the ease of both check-in and check-out.

Everything was perfect. The hosts are amazing and of course having Josi looking after us was a plus. The house is wonderful with everything and more that you need for a great holiday. The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

A great place to stay in Joao Pessoa, very well located to take advantage of what the city's waterfront has to offer. The apartment is very quiet and complete for longer stays, the balcony with the hammock and a coffee in the morning is amazing! I recommend it.

We had an outstanding stay at Maria Pedrina and Petronio's loft. The apartment is great, well equipped and maintained, with the essential kitchen utensils and appliances in good condition. The condominium is safe and the team is very attentive. The view from the pool, on the terrace, is amazing. There is a great supermarket and many pharmacies just a few meters away, and the distance to the beaches of Manaíra and Tambaú can be walked by foot. We suggest exploring mainly the restaurants and ice creamers of Manaíra.

Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . The apartment is very comfortable, close to the beach and in an excellent neighborhood. Anyway, everything was really nice!
