We went to Havenbrook for a girls weekend and getaway and had a great time. The home was incredibly clean and as described in the listing. It was so cozy and a lovely place to spend quality time with friends. Despite the fact that the weather wasn't great, we had no shortage of things to do, cooking in the kitchen, enjoying the hot tub, playing games, and taking a trip to the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls for massages (about 15 minutes away). We had a wonderful time!

The cabin is gorgeous and very clean. It gives you the feeling of being at home. Nights were magical in the hot tub and mornings were spectacular with all the wild life around. Thank you again for sharing your home with me, we'll definitely come back!

Sweet Escape - Getaway to Unforgettable Moments

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It is located in a peaceful, secluded area, but only about 15 mins from Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave. We also visited family in Athens, which was only about a 30 min drive. The cabin was spotless and beautifully decorated. Having four bedrooms, each with king sized beds was perfect for our group. There's plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area was absolutely perfect. The back deck is huge, with a hot tub and plenty of wonderful patio furniture and seating. We loved the fire pit seating area, as well as the big front porches on both floors. The theater room with ping pong table was so fun for everyone, especially the kids and teenagers! We would absolutely stay at this location again!

This place was perfect. Even to big actually! Beth actually helped me in a pinch and was so helpful and kind! The place was very clean and she was VERY quick to respond. Any time. As a travel nurse as long as she’s not booked, I will be staying here intermittently for the next 13 weeks!

My boyfriend and I loved this cabin! It had everything we needed, just as listed, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We arrived on a super foggy night and had trouble finding the driveway - the host was so kind and helped us navigate the area (which is hard to do when you have no service and can’t see LOL)! It was such a peaceful stay. The home was even more beautiful in person! Close enough to the caves and hiking trails. The hot tub was a fun bonus! We would totally stay here again!

Very close to parks, my favorite part was listening to the creek while outside! Only downfall is it’s not secluded, neighbors right across the street which I didn’t expect. Other than that it was perfect!

We have rented cabin the past 2 years. Beautiful cabin. We enjoy the large dinner table for our card games and family dinner. We had a lot of fun playing corn hole, pool, and ping- pong. We had outdoor fire and enjoyed the hot tub. Close to the caves too. We look forward to returning next year!

My team stayed in Beth's house for the Buck Fifty race and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us to spread out, hot tub for sore muscles after each portion of the race and a comfortable place to relax in during the downtime. We will absolutely be booking for the race again next year assuming someone else doesn't snag it out from under us.

Marc is a great host! The cabin was a perfect Christmas getaway for our family of 17! Plenty of rooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Lovely stay in Chillicothe. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, things to do, etc. but house sits back up on a hill, so it is quiet and has a nice yard to play in. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Philip’s Cabin on the Lake has become one of our favorite family vacation destinations! We all came in from MI and VA to gather. It was such a fun experience for all of us! There is basketball, ping pong, darts, fishing, Hot tub and games that our 4 Grandsons had a blast playing (with or without us adults) when we weren’t out hiking and sightseeing the beautiful Hocking Hills attractions! Us adults enjoyed sitting on the big wraparound porch in the mornings with coffee and listening to the quiet ☺️and in the evening with an adult beverage 😁 The house itself was warm, inviting and comfortable!
