Vacation rentals in Lučane

We have just had a gorgeous week at Villa Mia Mirela. The villa is beautiful and the swimming pool is generous. The house is spacious with so much space everywhere. It's also really well stocked and the hostess has been generous in what is in the house in terms of basics. Multiple outside eating options. We enjoyed a morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea and islands opposite. Mirela was the perfect host. She answered all my questions, gave us loads of recommendations, left us delicious fresh fruit from her garden and even helped us when we needed to find a doctor for our kids. She was extremely responsive on the phone and we couldn't have asked for more. We can highly recommend this villa to any families. The kids loved the pool and there are some lovely (and busy) beaches nearby. You need a car as it's not really walkable. Thank you to Mirela for a wonderful week ❤️

Great place and a great host! It was spotless, everything was new and working great. Very close to the center of Necujam. Host was extremely friendly and supportive.

generally very satisfied with the stay. location is good, close to shops, dog out. the flat was there everything I needed. from the basic things to the iron, dryer, washer, oven and dishwasher. nice beaches in the area, sand in Omis and stone(I think it's nicer) in Duche. free parking in zone 2 paid by the landlord. communication with the landlord is very good. Antonia very helpful and nice as much as I can. I felt at home. close to supermarket Studenac, Tommy, meat shop at bottom and 2 bars ana against bakery

We stayed a month at Ivan's place. While it's a bit far from the old town, it's a great place for longer stays. The house is spacious and comfortable. The bed is good. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The only exception was a microwave (wasn't listed, so no surprise). However, when I asked Ivan if we could get one, he gave us a new microwave the next day. Amazing! Ivan is a great host. He responded fast and helped whenever we needed. The internet is superfast, very good for work. The house has a desk, which was okay. However, the char is not like in the listing and uncomfortable, we couldn't use. Our overall experience was great. Recommended place.

Ilija's place was exactly what my friends and I had been looking for. It was perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday for us after our final exams! We were quickly and kindly introduced to the villa by the hosts upon our arrival and also got a small welcome gift :D If you had any questions, they were directly available and were also able to quickly get to hand if there was a small problem or a certain wish came from us:) Overall, my friends and I had a very good stay there and would recommend the villa to anyone!

Everything was great! The place is right in front of the beach, the area is quiet and the host was amazing.

Ivan and Maja’s villa was beautiful, sleek and modern and we had a fantastic week staying there as a family of 10. We especially loved the pool area and watching the sunsets from the terrace. Primošten is a beautiful town, we enjoyed spending time on the beach and visiting the restaurants and it was only a 10 minute drive from the villa and easy to arrange a taxi for 10 people (we used Mario’s). We also tried the traditional restaurant in the village which was a great experience and the peka was delicious. Ivan and Maja were wonderful hosts and arranged for water, milk and coffee to be available in the villa as we were arriving late at night. There was also a lovely welcome tray in the villa when we arrived. They were very responsive and made an effort to visit us during our stay which we appreciated.

When we arrived, the navigation system first wanted to take us to another street, but we found it relatively quickly. When we arrived, a young man immediately came to us and explained everything and showed us the place. His mother immediately provided us with cold drinks and the family was really super friendly and accommodating. They stayed in the small cottage that is located exactly on the way to the private beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is a dream to be a dream to be The apartments have everything you need to live and close to the villa there is plenty of shopping and many restaurants with good food. The private beach was beautiful and we were even allowed to rent masks and paddle boat for swimming. What we needed,the family was always there. Also the pool was nice big and clean. You didn't really hear the airport nearby, but it was impressive to see the planes start. Thank you for everything
