I had an outstanding experience staying at Paola’s place. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Having a garage was a significant advantage, as finding a parking spot in the area can be quite challenging. Paola was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth. I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location- walking distance to Vatican, piazza nova, pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum, etc. Lots of restaurants, amazing dining places nearby. The place was very clean, exactly matched to the photos and in fact even better than what we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will surely come back :)

I stayed in this suite with a jacuzzi, kitchen, bathroom, and a spectacular view of Trastevere, incredible both day and night. The room was spacious, modern and well furnished, with all comforts for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was very clean and well cared for. The hot tub was perfect for a moment of relaxation. The location is convenient to explore Rome, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very good stay, ideal location beside colosseum and very walkable location. Friendly hosts. We had a wheelchair user with us and it was a very comfortable stay for them also. Would recommend here especially for a group, plenty of space.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

Marco and Enza took great care of us. Enza taxied us from the airport. For a fair charge, we didn’t have to search for the flat. Great access to the metro. With 3 of us, the separate bedrooms were perfect. The beds were adequate. Enza left a dessert in the fridge for us. We had a great stay in Rome

Gigi and Ludovica were first of all perfect hosts! Since the first communication, until the check out, the were kind, helpful, positive, gave fantastic recommendations, ask how are we, if we need anything, and if anything was missing they immediately took care of it, always with a smile. The villa is beautiful, private, well renovated, while keeping the Tuscan style. The rooms, shower rooms, kitchen, and living room looks great and fully equipped with all we needed, and more, including a generous welcome package in the kitchen. What can I say... the perfect place for a Tuscan vacation.

A very special home with beautiful historic antiques and a kind warm host. Our family of 4 with teens had plenty of space and absolutely loved the location. Everything is walkable 3-10 minutes to very good restaurants, 25 minute walk to the coliseum, and everything in between. Tons of beautiful museums and gardens nearby. The secret room is also an added bonus for kids. House was clean spotless and comfortable.

We had a great time at Mrs. Maria Francesca's house. Our son was a very kind person. Clean and tidy house with everything we need at our disposal, not to mention the wonderful terrace where we made a wonderful collation immersed by nature breathing a very pleasant air.
