Good location, hygiene, space and treatment!

We were very comfortable, a very quiet area to disconnect and if you go with a pet you are in a wonderful environment and ideal for them. The little house has everything you need and lots of land. On one of our morning walks inside the estate we saw deer, an unforgettable experience.

A special place, as are the owners. You can rest and relax, visit many beautiful places. Very close to the airport. Beautiful decoration, when leaving the house you find a green postcard due to its landscape. Thanks Lorna and Fer for the details. It was really worth it

The communication with Jorge was very good, and he was attentive to everything we could need. We rented it around the chill out area, for a birthday celebration. A shame I wasn't able to enjoy the property 100% because it rained a lot. The house was perfect, clean and with a welcome touch included. Highly recommended

The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very diverse places for many years, and we have never enjoyed ourselves so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. You feel at home, there is absolutely everything! Toys, board games, appliances of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are breathtaking… typical Asturian mountainous landscape, green, with scattered houses. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And finally, Maria, the host. She was there for us at all times. She didn't miss a single detail. We'll definitely be back.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

I was with my family and we had a great time. Quiet and family-friendly area. Impeccable facilities. 100% recommended. If we get the chance, we'll be back.

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

We were looking for a few days of rest away from the city and the heat, and that's exactly what we found! The house is on the first floor with a terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The garden, which Maria personally takes care of, is an impressive green, very well cared for, with space to rest and a barbecue area and table. The pool, if the weather is good, is the icing on the cake! Maria recommends what you need and is super attentive to all the amenities you need. She lives on the ground floor, but respects your privacy at all times. If we return to Asturias, we will count on her house again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We travelled as a family of 9 with 5 kids and felt right at home in the house. There was more the enough space in the bedrooms. The house is beautifully decorated. The pool was a plus for the kids. The location is just a 10 min drive to the city center and beach. It was nice to be away from the crowds in a nice peaceful neighborhood, yet very close to the action.

Everything was perfect, Carlos gave us directions for arrival and during the stay, which we took advantage of for an experience of 10.

We had a great time and Susy has been looking out for us in case we needed anything. The location was very good for what we needed. The recommendations they gave us of the locals, a good thing.

Great choice. Spacious, comfortable, living ("home environment"), clean, comfortable and bright. The porch/terrace, overlooking the huertín and the houses of the mountain across the valley, is a luxury. In the winter, it has heaters and pellet fireplace. The village is another success. Halfway between playa and mountain, with plenty to see nearby. Small, quiet, quiet, cozy, but with nearby basic needs (pharmacy, medical center, 2 bars/shop, cashier). It is the world capital of rice with milk ("requemao", as it should be), but they also make there the best hazelnut and cocoa cream we have ever tasted. Specify to a review above, that the toilet works well and you can flush toilet paper. What the owners (common sense) ask is not to throw wipes and towels. :-) Both Ainhoa and Ivan were charming, friendly and attentive, with full availability and due to any need. 8 days got short. We'll probably be back.

Luisa's place is located in very peaceful surroundings but within walkable distance of the town centre with all the shops and restaurants. Apartment itslef was clean with all necessary amenities. Luisa was very helpful and kind, and it was pleasure to talk to her.
