Charming Riverside Cottage in Wilton

Situated in a quiet and peaceful area of Wilton, the interior is pretty and cosy and you can enjoy the garden with the river at the bottom. Whilst the neighbourhood is quiet, the house is convenient for the town centre which has great cafes, independent shops, a butchers, bakers, convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also access on foot to the countryside surrounding the town. Wilton is also well sited for access to Salisbury and the surrounding area.

The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses.
