We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

great place to stay for a weekend trip to Philly, especially nice having a bathroom attached to each of the bedrooms when traveling with a group of 6. in walking distance to Philly convention center and reading terminal market.

Stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The apartment was both clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. The host was commendable for their easygoing communication and supportive attitude, making the stay hassle-free.

Clean, well organized, climate control easy to use

Spent 3 days in this lovely 2 bedroom home. Very comfortable and well stocked with everything to make the stay enjoyable. Fresh clean towels and linens and very comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen was spotless and all appliances in great working order. We will stay again for sure when in this area.

Dimitris place was right in the heart of upenn and conveniently close to penn medical where we were splitting our time. The condo is big with plenty of space and more than suited our needs.

I’ve stayed here a few times and I absolutely love staying here! The host is so kind and this is the QUIETEST Airbnb I’ve found in the Philly area. The laundry is convenient and the host is responsive. The space is small but will have everything you need. Highly recommend!

Great value, fantastic South Philly location walkable to stadiums and all things south Philly. Convenient location, easy check in, and great value all around. Steve was awesome and called me shortly after leaving to inform me I left my laptop behind - life saver! Would certainly book again.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience (definitely a 5/5), and I would 100% stay at this location again. Andrea was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. There were several snow storms, and she had someone shovel the snow and ice the walkway. The apartment was cozy and well decorated. It is located in a very safe and family friendly neighborhood. I ran or walked most days in the neighborhood, and I never had an issue. It is located close to the White Horse Pike which is convenient for travel. I did not have an issue with the traffic noise from the street. The unit is very quiet and peaceful. I do have a couple minor suggestions/changes to make. Some updated photos need to be included on the listing. The current photos show a tub for the bathroom; the bathroom now has a shower. In addition, there is a crib, desk, and kitchen table with chairs not shown in the photos. The bedframe for the bedroom needs to be changed because it is a queen bedframe for a full mattress.

We were in town for a squash match at The Arlen Specter Center. The host gave great communication on how to self check in. They allowed us to check in an hour and a half early. The place was clean and full of extra amenities, like complementary toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, etc. This unit was located on the sixth floor, so you’ll walk up 6 flights of stairs to go up before you enter the apartment. Once inside, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the apartments main floor. There is another staircase that leads up to the rooftop deck. I only had two complaints. The 2 bedrooms had sheer curtains. It was bright at night with the city lights. There was no hairdryer provided. Overall a great stay.

The place was perfect for a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. We loved the projector in the living room space, and it was so spacious overall! 10/10 would recommend to others!

Really amazing place and host. Rohan is very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. Good price, and pretty close the Paoli station with pretty good restaurants and cafes around.

Loved my stay! Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to explore the area. This was conveniently located next to a lot of city attractions. To add, the apartment was exactly as pictured, super clean, and Jon was a great/ responsive host!

The house looks absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. Enough beds for the kids and our infant son. Both bathrooms came in handy considering there was so many of us. Airbnb never sent the check in details so we had a small set back checking in but Ben was very responsive, helpful and understanding. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with to keep them preoccupied. I had asked if they knew any fun places we could take the kids and Ben mentioned the “Please Touch” museum which we did take the kids to and they had a blast! Thank you again Ben for allowing us into your home. Hope to come back with the kids again soon!

The short stay was nice, the location wasn’t right in Center City nor was it in a bad area. No one will bother you and we felt safe as there’s two lock pads to go through. Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms and kitchen area. A great place to stay for a nice little getaway.

It was a nice and great place to stay!

This place is huge! Me and a classmate stayed here for 16 months while we attended grad school. It has plenty of space for both of us to study and not trip over each other. The location is great in terms of restaurants with dozens of options down 2nd Street and Market Street. The 2nd street septa line is only a 3 - 4 minute walk. There are several parking garages nearby, however you will find that parking is expensive in old city and center city. The apartment is relatively quiet at night on Sunday-Wednesday nights. Thursday night is slightly louder and then Friday and Saturday nights are loud especially in the summer. Personally, the only downsides of this apartment are that it is four flights up stars to it which was difficult for me when I moved in, but got progressively easier the longer I stayed there, and the strawberry ally can get pretty junkie with trash (however, I never felt threatened walking down the ally at anytime of night). Oh, and Eli is a great guy!
