This was the most incredible place! It was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. It was so close to restaurants and Salamanca and we would stay again and again and again! Thank you

A treat to stay in such a luxurious & new holiday home. We were spoiled for choice with 2 master bedrooms, each with bathroom & water & tree views. Opted for the one close to clothes hanging nook. Loved all the quality furnishings, kitchenware and modern appliances. Enjoyed short walk to the beach after dinner, when less vehicles on road. In evening, no need for either of the flat screen tvs, just watch the sun set over the water and all the stars appearing. Great binoculars provided. Would love to return to this spacious, comfortable home with family.

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at Magnolia Beach House. This property is beautifully presented, with stylish comfortable furnishings, a great kitchen, very comfortable bed and the most magnificent views! The bathrooms are lovely, and we both enjoyed long soaks in the beautiful bath! Annie is an excellent host, providing a quick response to any questions, and always willing to help if required. We took a long walk along the beachfront and had lunch at the Beach House, which was excellent! We highly recommend Annie and the Magnolia Beach House for your stay 🩵

Elisabeth’s accommodation was just beautiful so clean and homely with plenty of space to spread out ..Loved the seperate sitting areas ..As we walked into the main kitchen living area all I could say was Wow ..it was all open plan and so tasteful decorated ..Just a couple of minutes to the beautiful Spring beach we loved a morning stroll then back there after lunch for lazing about and swimming …We returned late afternoon and got comfortable on the large deck at the rear of the home …The home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay could not be more comfortable…The large bathroom with the window shower was amazing and very private ..Our bedrooms were a great size very clean and comfortable ..We would definitely recommend Elisabeth’s accommodation we shall be returning for sure . Well positioned 3 bedroom house within walking distance to centre of Triabunna including ferry terminal. Quiet neighbourhood. Off street parking. Well furnished and provisioned.

My grandson and I were using the cottage as a base for a couple of days fishing around the Great Lake which it was very convenient for our needs. It extremely well setup. Very well equipped kitchen with all the tea, coffee and condiments and in this regard far more than we expected. Presentation and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. Instructions on what to do and not to do were very clear and not onerous. we were very happy with our stay and if the opportunity/need arises we will definately use the property again.

Really good place, quiet, walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Viriditas is really nice and kind. Great staying experience. Recommend it

Lovely area with great view and nice breakfast❤️ Honestly, it looks much better than the photo that posted. We visited Tasmania first but so happy to find that nice area to stay and we could also communicate well when we need their helps! We will visit again when we get a chance to go to Tasmania again!! Quiet location and high up the hill boasting great views of Hobart water ways . Lots of sunlight and decent size bedrooms with comfortable beds.
