Unbeatable location in a super quiet location. It's right beside the chapadao and Amor beach and is not far off walking from the centrinho de kite. Had air conditioning in the bedrooms, which helped a lot in the February heat. I recommend the stay!

The stay at the flat was a wonderful experience. The condominium has a great leisure area, with a swimming pool for all ages, playground, gym and restaurant! Nara was a excellent host. I always responded quickly to my questions. The apartment is very well equipped. We don't miss anything! Location is great! The house is excellent. Very comfortable and beautiful. Lots of green. The photos don't reflect how cute it is. The pool is ideal for after a whole day at the beach. The location is also very good, to walk to the center and it is quiet. Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience in my stay in Pipa! The location is excellent, well centralized and close to everything, which made it very easy to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and local shops. The rooms are very good, spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The only observation is that the pool shower needs maintenance, as there were many plants around and the floor was slippery with accumulated leaves. In addition, the main bathroom of the house does not have a box, which makes the floor a little wet, but nothing that compromises the experience. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy Pipa! I recommend and would return again!

We had a very nice stay on Alex's estate. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, a five-minute walk to the beach. We are especially grateful for the reception of Alex himself and his mother and the stories with which they toasted us.

Gracinha's house is very cozy, comfortable and charming. The outdoor area and swimming pool are great and the location in a very quiet area. Everything was super whimsical and smelling. We spent delicious family days! The only drawback in our stay was the visit of a group of tamarins during the barbecue we did, but nothing that invalidated our desire to return to the house.

We were greeted by William, who was kind and attentive since the days leading up to the trip. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and with flexibility, the house is even better than in the photos. the bedrooms, bedding, leisure area, pool all impeccable. Great location, I already knew the region, it's close to everything. Next to the beach, restaurants, snack bars, you do practically everything on foot, within a radius of 1 km you have it all!! About Flat: spacious apt, powerful shower. Pool leisure area very good!! You can see a good part of the beach. In the building itself is possible to have coffee and lunch, there is an option right in front of the condominium.

We were made to feel very welcome! The house conveys a feeling of peace, very good to rest, is beautiful, charming and cozy and all well equipped. The pool area is wonderful and has parking spaces. We took our beloved puppy, because in the space there was a private area (garden) to leave it without bothering other guests. We love, recommend, and will come back more often!

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

Great place for family. Animals around, nice pool for kids to swim. Safe and clean. not so close to center but surrounded with other pousadas, easy to drive around.
