Such a beautiful cabin in an incredibly property by the lake. The home is spacious and so comfortable for our extended family to hang out, cook and play games. Lots of communal spaces to spend time together, but so many private areas for sleeping and for individual families. The home was incredibly clean and Mark was easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great stay!

Our dog had the BEST vacation! The fenced in front yard was huge and offered to be a gracious sniff spot. The family of deer on the hill next to us seemed to be paid actors to provide entertainment for the dog, it definitely worked! Inside and outside is immaculate with so many well thought out amenities. The fireplace was the main character for our entire trip, and the stocked wood pile was well appreciated! So many little details made us feel right at home and at peace with nature. We’re hoping to make our way back in the warmer months to be able to enjoy the lake as well!

A fantastic stay! Super clean and well cared for house, comfortable beds, and wonderful outdoor spaces and waterfront. A great lake getaway spot for small families. Note that most bedrooms (except 1) are up a creaky spiral staircase - easy for us but could be a challenge for some folks.

We (2 adults + 2 dogs) went for Thanksgiving week; we basically had Lake Anna to ourselves -- minus 2 of Mary's wonderful neighbors. The expansive property has tons of room for dogs to run, and the two neighbors we met had friendly dogs. Humans will love the firepit, screened porch, comfy outdoor, furniture, TV, bbq grill & smoker. Inside, there's TONS of room. The beds are comfortable & bedrooms are spacious, plus there are 2 full baths (1 w/tub), and a beautiful "French country" kitchen with which my wife fell in love. The kitchen had everything you'd expect/need and more like tons of spices, plenty of boxed/canned foods, a waffle maker, a Keurig w/pods, etc. We remarked numerous times how wonderful it was to have all this at hand (compared to other places we've stayed). There are toys for kids and dogs, a canoe, plenty of board games, and several TVs. It was a perfect, peaceful, and stress-free stay in a wonderful home; we'd choose it again without hesitation. The perfect spot for our summer family vacation! The home very comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 kids with plenty of areas to hang out or have some alone/quiet time. The dock was our favorite spot to hang out and we used the kayaks and stand up paddle board every day. We cooked dinner at home except one night and the kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and just as pictured. Greg was the best host and always quick to respond. There was even a little welcome package when we arrived and a binder with the most helpful info regarding the house as well as restaurant recommendations nearby. I definitely recommend staying here!
