This is a comfortable and nicely decorated three bedroom house. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with double beds. On the lower ground floor there is a further bedroom with two single beds. There is a lovely terrace at the top with lovely views onto the Botanical Gardens and nice loungers. There is another terrace out of the lounge. There is air conditioning in the lounge. There is a ceiling ventilator in the main bedroom and there are standing ventilators in the otehr bedrooms.
