Very good pied-à-terre to visit Madrid and the surroundings when you get home at night. Carefully decorated and well-equipped apartment, pleasant to occupy despite the few openings, very quiet. Good welcome. Good value.

We had a very good stay. Easy check-in instructions with an elevator. It was located close to where we wanted to go by foot. Would stay again!

Good accommodation, we loved the location since it was close to everything, what we suggest is that the information is updated the check-out time, we appeared 6 pm, however it is at 11 am. Anyway, the stay was excellent and we recommend it. Good communication with Francisco.

The apartment is located on the third and top floor ( it does not have an elevator). The property has two comfortable rooms with large closets, a small but functional bathroom and like a very large shower. The living room has a folding dining table and 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you may need. The house is completed by a nice terrace with a table with umbrella and bbq. The house is very quiet and there is no noise from the street (but to say that we had the windows closed). The neighborhood where it is located is Usera, the china town of Madrid. Don't be scared of it, the neighborhood is really very characteristic and peaceful. You can get to the center comfortably by both the metro and the bus. Public transportation works great. Oussama is a very kind and accurate host, available to all your requests but not at all intrusive. Thank you for hosting us

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

Exceptional experience, starting with attention and concern with arrival and check in. We had an early arrival and we felt the effort to meet us. We were very welcome at all times: arrival, communication, during the stay, in the change of bed linen and at the check out. We had a demand to change a lamp and get a curtain that fell down and we were promptly answered. The apartment is sensational, cozy, tasteful, great rooms. Bathrooms serve well and the kitchen as well. Everything worked perfectly. The balcony is a high point of the apartment. The neighborhood also helps with its quiet of being residential, but with plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. We love and will be back!

Gary was super helpful at all times. He has provided us with all kinds of amenities in the house; he even welcomed us with sweets. Her home is spectacular, well located and well-kept. Perfect for a weekend of rest in ma montaña or skiing in Navacerrada.

Clara's place is a paradise on Earth! She greeted us so warmly and immediately made us feel at home. She told us the history of the house and we were fascinated by the exquisite combination of authentic rustic décor and a more modern outlook. We appreciated every detail of Clara's gorgeous taste in decoration, and her dedicated attention to our having a wonderful stay. I recommend Clara's place to families, couples and friends wanting to find some peace and quiet in the mountains while at the same time being close to Madrid and with easy access to public transportation. Clara is a fantastic hostess that will make you feel at home immediately! Come explore Mataelpino and reconnect with family and friends. La Favorita is hands down the absolute best!
