Excellent place, perfect for spending time with family or friends, an extremely quiet environment, safe and much to do during the stay. Very nice pool, beautiful sunsets, perfect waterfalls to enter with peace of mind. Highly recommended. Very good host.

Marcelo, it was a very friendly staff, the place is just like the photos, the pool was tempered, and the campfire at night sheltered us, the stay was great, we recommend it if you like nature!

It's said there is no perfect place in this world.. however, this cabin is the exception. Rain or shine this place is purely panacea! The hosts, Cheryl & Jon made it even better, they taught us so much about Ecuador and it's flora & fauna. I was astounded by the many handcrafted and thoughtful details in every corner of the property. EVERYTHING about our stay here was PERFECT, even when the weather was not. The cabin sits above a raging river which allowed my girl to actually sleep through my snoring. Hiking the trails felt like we were jungle explorers with so many unique plants, birds & butterflies everywhere! We opted for the meal plan on 2 days and it was exceptional with a varied menu that appealed to our healthy tastes and yet left us wanting for nothing! The road to get here was intimidating at first but was no problem at all in our small SUV and even added appeal The the ONLY negative part of our trip was leaving this oasis of nature, I could spend the rest of my life here!

Great place to stay!! The house and property were beautiful. Lynne was an amazing host. She was very accommodating and super responsive anytime I had a question or needed advice for our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to Mindo!

Our families stay in Mindo was wonderful! Luz and her family were very helpful with check-in and instructions even though our Spanish was limited. The place was cozy and very clean. We were within walking distance of town with great restaurants and shops. The gardens around the house were beautiful and they even have hummingbird feeders and a place where they put fruit for the birds. It was magical to watch the birds while drinking delicious Ecuadorian coffee. We would recommend this place to others!

Everything was perfect. The place was beautiful and private, but not far from town.

It would be hard to find a better deal for the price. My stay was comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay again.
