Tracy and her team are always amazing people. The rooms are always spotless and always great communication. They are friendly and it's a very peaceful place. The vibe is always great. took time to rest there and Vivian always made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you so much for making it a safe and amazing stay.

My family loved it here! Food was great! The handicapped shuttle and drivers were amazing! Jose our waiter was so attentive and friendly at dinner. My only issue was on our 2nd night. I turned in my scooter at the front desk and asked for them to plug it in to be charged for the park the following day but it was not charged when we went to pick it up the next morning and I missed a lot of time at the park plugging it in to be charged for an hour at a time. Problem solved though, that night we took the scooter to our room to charge and never had any other problems. The whole place is really neat and the handicapped bathroom was very accommodating! We loved all of the photo opportunities around the grounds and the game room was awesome! Loved watching the "royal" ducks! Special shout out to the fabulous Rona Jade at the front desk, not sure if I spelled her name right. Can't wait to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend this place!

Great Boutique Hotel! Love how peaceful and close it is to everything near downtown Laguna and across the street from the beach.

Stayed here for trade show at the convention center. Location was superb so we could walk to and from. The suite was immaculate and the views really pretty. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Would book here again!

Exactly what we were looking for. Access to hotel lobby was super helpful for breakfast bagel and local recommendations. Will stay again!

Great spot, great location with proximity to where I needed to be at the time. The hotel is easy to find, the entire process was straight forward and simple. Once in the room, I was greeted by a clean room with everything needed for a short stay.

I have no complaints about the room. It was very clean, nothing was broken. All the furniture was new, and the bed linen was clean. The room had a safe, enough towels, and an air conditioner. Overall, it was comfortable. Venes Beach is indeed within walking distance from the hotel—about 15 minutes, and you’re there. The parking lot was always free in the first half of the day. In the evening, when I returned home, I saw that it was completely occupied by cars. But if you don’t return to the hotel too late, I think there will always be a free parking spot. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

10/10 great place close to beach and downtown shopping. Highly recommend
