Our stay in Venice was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. From the vibrant energy of the beach to the shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney, we were able to explore all the must-dos with ease. The place itself was comfortable and a great retreat after a day of adventure. If you’re looking for a walkable spot to soak in the best of Venice, this is it!

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

This home may have been our tipping point for wanting to retire to Venice Beach. Our expectations were already high due to previous reviews and we were not disappointed. This home is well-situated in Venice Beach--close enough to many things but not too close to the hustle and bustle. Plenty of room for our family of four. Our teen son especially loved the "studio," which is detached from the home. He was able to get some space from his parents and his twin brother and also work on his college applications. It was the perfect place to "be together" but also have time apart. We don't cook, but if you do, you will love the kitchen setup. Bikes are a plus (all but one of them has plenty of wear and tear but they get the job done, so to speak) and we used them on several occasions to ride down to the beach. Sepi and Ben were super responsive and kind during our stay and leading up to it. Enjoy this Venice gem!

Perfect, cozy place for our dog and us. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the space is perfect for relaxing social time. We loved the fenced yard. I was attending a conference at Pomona College, which was 10 minutes away. Great restaurants were close too. We had a couple of friends stay over and we all had a great stay! The hosts even brought a charging cord for our car without being asked. We thought that was so thoughtful! Would stay again.

Sara’s place was the best ABB property I have stayed at. Everything was thought of. Her binder provided so much info on the area, we felt comfortable right away. Groceries were a 10 minute uber ride. Her home was clean, very well stocked and in a perfect location. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Truly enjoyed both of my stays. Loved the neighborhood. Host was very helpful with clear & detailed instructions for checking in & out. I felt very safe with the added door codes. Definitely coming back again :)

Sara’s place is the best great Disneyland “secret” and the most kid friendly airb&b I’ve stayed at. My family with a 3 year old and 4 year old loved this place for its calm escape from Disneyland crowds, easy access to the park, playground, and toys on site and great amenities. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location in Long Beach. close to some great bars and restaurants but far enough away to be comfortable. Wonderful clean executive apartment, comfortable, very spacious. I wish I stayed longer.

The stay was excellent, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable and Rafael's attention was extraordinary, without a doubt on my next trip I will return to that same place. Do not hesitate to stay here, it is a great place.
