WONDERFUL weekend! The house is perfectly equipped and in a very good location. We had a very good few days with us. Enrique and Isabel are very friendly and very close. We will definitely repeat this summer!

It has been a stay of total disconnection, a lot of tranquility, everything is perfect. The house is as seen and described in the listing, it does not lack anything, the beds are very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, we have enjoyed the barbecue and the good weather. Jesús Manuel is a very nice person who is very nice at all times has shown interest because the stay was 10, he recommended places to visit, routes leaving the house very nice to do as a family at all times available. Enjoyed a peaceful stay in Esphinhosa. The house is very inviting with plenty of room. Views are amazing with the vineyards across the lane. Virtually no traffic since it is the 2nd last place on the road. A leisurely 5-minute stroll to the little hamlet of Esphinhosa. There's a very small coffee bar & grocery store in town. It has the very basics to get you through. If you plan to make your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, remember to purchase your groceries on the way. For large luggage, you will want to access the 2nd floor from the back door up the hill rather than using the spiral stairs. Also, Google Maps took us straight through Espinhosa. To squeeze through the houses where R.Direita meets R.dos Valados, we had to fold up the mirrors on our Dacia Duster with likely only 1/2" to spare on either side. Make sure to use Rua Cimo do Povo and follow the signs for Valado Houses. Good local food at Restaurante Pesqueirense in São João da Pesqueir.

Very comfortable house, with appropriate cooking utensils and well located right in the center of the village. Very nice village and surroundings. We like the easy way to check in and out, as well as the kindness of the cookies at our reception. Thank you!

In Japanese there is a word that defines this home: Anaba. It means “hidden gem that only locals know”. And in my vocabulary, a “going” would be something I would only share with a minimum number of people, to be able to keep it for me as Gollum. The house is such a unique place, it's hard to do justice with descriptions or photos. And the magic it has cannot be understood without experiencing it. It's not just the decor, the views, the silence, or the surroundings. It is the love and personality of Emma and Caesar that make it a true Anaba. A place where you feel free, welcome and at home. And you want me to stay for you so I can always go. Morning times and evenings of pottery putting the world in order with Caesar, the greatest privilege in a long time. I'm not going to fall for descriptions that make this place one more place. It is an Anaba, that you can only understand when you live it. And if you live it and don't understand it, a hug to you.

Immediately greeted by Rogerio and his beautiful energy. Such an effortlessly "down to earth" soul and comes across super altruistic. The house was meticulous and we was even gifted some eggs for the next day. If anyone is looking for some peace, re centering and grounding; I highly urge you to stay at this beautiful oasis!

Excellent hosting. The apartment is very comfortable with all the necessary equipment. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the historic center, markets and good restaurants (highlight the Bella Ciao pizzeria). Easy to park in front of the apartment or very close by, on the main street. The reception was excellent, Cati was very welcoming and friendly, she showed us the whole place and gave us tips about the city, in addition to leaving bread, butter, milk, juice and several other products available for our stay. Thank you!!! It will certainly be our choice if we return to Ciudad Rodrigo.
