Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great for young families, great surroundings, small playground, pool and outside jacuzzi which was great, would certainly go back!

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

Everything was perfect, I wouldn't put less than a 10. The complex is beautiful, super quiet and conveniently located for a few relaxing days. In addition, Raffaella was super friendly and attentive from minute 1. If we come back to Almeria we will definitely repeat!

Our stay in the apartment was very good in general. Although we had some setbacks at the beginning, such as problems with the heating and a toaster that did not work, we managed to solve them easily. Maria was very friendly and always attentive, making sure we were comfortable. We were even refunded the heater we bought to improve our experience. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and in an ideal location. There is a supermarket just below home, which is very practical, and both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor are just a few steps away, making the location spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped and nothing was missing in general, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was spacious and we rested very well. Although we travel in winter, with fewer activities available, in summer this place should be amazing. In short, it's a five-star apartment that we would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony with a fantastic view. We were in December/January and then you will have the sun on the balcony from about 2 pm. There is not much to do during this period, but it is nice and quiet. There are also a number of restaurants open and the supermarket is also open and close by. Great contact with the landlord.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. If you have dogs there is a nice area with grass and trees nearby to walk your pets. There is also a little bakery/cafe on the corner. It was winter so we did not get to use the pool, but the pool was very pretty and I'm sure it will be nice to use in the summer. Also, it was a short drive to ALDI, Carrefour, and the mall and not far from the beach.

Just as described and the pictures are a very accurate representation of the apartment. This place has everything you could possibly need, a fantastic terrace on the roof and a great balcony for dining. Really quiet and nice area, very central and we would highly recommend. Must also mention Shaun, very helpful and made us feel very comfortable and was very communicative prior to and during our stay. Thank you and we will definitely return.

The house is just as seen in the photos. The location is a bit lonesome if you trust google maps. Although it is number 80, in Google maps you must put the 74. Everything was spotlessly clean. True, the cleaning rate is very high but the result is outstanding. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. Infinity of utensils for whatever you may need. The house in general is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We have undoubtedly enjoyed the house a lot, the tranquility of the area and how beautiful Spain is.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Our little family enjoyed a lovely few days at Sam’s place over Christmas . Sam is very nice, the apartment was very clean and decorated nicely, Sam went above and beyond to make our stay easy with our little boy and also left a wonderful welcome pack for us and a Christmas present for our little boy. Location also great, close to town centre but quiet and parking outside wasn’t an issue. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a nice stay at Marta's house. The house has all the comforts. The air conditioning also works fine in winter to heat. Thank you for you good care.

My second stay here and will be back. Convenient for visiting my family and feel relaxed in the property. Beautiful garden. Quiet location despite proximity to local shops and restaurants.

We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for rest, and only 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for long walks. The area is very accessible and comfortable to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were lovely and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will repeat. Totally recommendable!

Great, great, great. This is the second time we have stayed at Anna's place and everything is great. We were at home. It has a terrace with beautiful views and the beaches and coves nearby are beautiful. The house is very clean and with everything you need for a great vacation. Good places to dine and shop nearby. We have gone with our dog and the fantastic dog beach. We would undoubtedly repeat!!! To say that Isabel, who was our contact, was always available to answer our doubts. Super Maja.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

Wonderful property! The pictures do not do the apartment justice, it's fabulous! The view from the solarium and balcony is stunning. The beds are comfy and the whole apartment is great. Supermarket is literally next door to the complex. We even managed swimming in February! Just lovely.

Accommodation true to the photos and description, very clean and a very quiet area. The hosts were very friendly and attentive at all times. I definitely recommend it 100%!

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

Perfect apartment for a really relaxing break. Heated pool and hot tub were especially appreciated given that it was February. It really was a home from home with excellent facilities and every detail catered for and anything else available next door at mercadona! I would definitely stay again next time I visit family and recommend to anyone staying in the area.
