2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. A three bedroom two bathroom house on a gated lot shared by two other houses in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have queen size beds. 55 inch curved television with Netflix. There is a shared 15 meter pool. The house is a fifteen minute walk to Alona Beach. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house. We offer free tuktuk rides to and from Alona Beach from 10am to 9pm. This also depends upon the availability of the driver.

Has couch and kitchen table and T.V. in the living room and bedroom. Fridgerator and stove to cook and water and cooking utensils and plates and silverware. Access to the community pool and gym 100 peso’s for adults 50 kids. Gated community 8 minutes drive from Alona beach panglao resort area. Also only 5 minutes drive from the new airport.
