ideal location close to the tram. the city center is 5 minutes by tram, the train station is 10 minutes away. perfectly located! Plus, the apartment is very cozy and functional! i highly recommend it!

This apartment is truly outstanding--commodious and beautifully restored and decorated. The apartment was exactly as described with a well equipped kitchen and great washing machine and drying machine for our use. We were 3 friends and this large apartment could comfortably accommodate a much larger group. The apartment has private parking . It is an easy walk to the city center of beautiful Beaune. I've stayed in Airbnbs for many years...this is truly one of the best.

Fanny was an exceptionally responsive and helpful host and the apartment is absolutely lovely. Couldn’t have hoped for anything more perfect for our family’s stay in Dijon. The location is ideal for easy walking through the historic area of the town and it is a moments walk to food, shops and the market. It was very hard to leave this beautiful place :)

The place is beautiful, quiet, the bed is very comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee, the tea, the speculoos offered, it's a delicate attention. Pleasant heating and towel warmer. 15 minutes walk to train station, opera, city of Gastronomy and wine. Great communication and instructions to find the place, a hidden gem in the city center!

Small house in Dijon, very well located with parking in front of the accommodation. It is superbly equipped and carefully decorated. We particularly appreciated the bedding, the quality of the wifi, the veranda, the garden, the tranquility of the neighborhood. Communication with the host is very easy and seamless. We recommend this place.

Richards's place is tastefully renovated and has all the amenities—including Netflix access, fast internet, and work desks. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine. The beds were comfortable. There is easy parking at the back, and it is only 10 minutes away from Beaune. If you like to sleep in late and sleep light, the only downside of the house is noise from the main road nearby.

Superb location for wine tasting with lots of rooms. Well stocked with kitchen appliances which was a great discovery. We were two couples and there were two good bedrooms. Third and fourth bedrooms good for children. Very close to supermarkets and boulangerie. Would fully recommend.
