Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding,sauna, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Old renovated furniture independent of our house, in the middle of a large plot with some animals (ducks, geese, chickens, goats) for the greatest pleasure of children. I would point out that they are placed at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The perch is an ideal area if you are looking for a peaceful setting, no neighborhood near the house; this allows you to spend a stay in tranquility and relaxation.
