Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Longboat Key

The Cottage was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the sights of the St. Pete/Tampa Bay area. The decor was very welcoming with so many thoughtful touches. I was confused about why there was water in the flower vase at first because I couldn’t wrap my brain around the fact that THEY WERE REAL! It was so nice to have little slippers available and everyday items that make traveling so much simpler (scissors, sewing kit, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, bathroom essentials, etc.). I was also shocked about how spacious both the living room and bedroom were! I could spread out and not worry about tripping on anything. I wish I would have had the chance to poke around the area on foot more because it seemed like everywhere I needed to go was a 4/9/12 minute drive away so I’m pretty sure I could have walked more, but it was a short trip with lots to do. Gwen anticipated all my needs and answered questions before I asked them!

Nick and Jess’s place was exactly as described. Close to everything. Private and quiet. The entire apartment was so clean and updated. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

Very clean and well equipped. Fabulous location only 3 short blocks from the many lovely restaurants bars and shopping on Main street.Short drive to more of the same on St Armands circle and Lido Beach. Great alternative to the much pricier locations directly on the beach.

We had a great stay here, location was walkable to a park and grocery store and the space itself was super clean. Kitchen is well stocked and the backyard is a great plus!

House was very nice. Full of everything you need from detergent to shampoos. Very impressed with all the hospitalities! House is as described. Great place for a family stay. Thank you!

Everything was exactly as advertised.

Jimmy’s place was all that we could have asked for. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed. Jimmy was responsive and communicated thoroughly any time I contacted him. The house is literally across the street from the beach, had many restaurants within walking distance, and was only 30 minutes away from the Phillies and Blue Jays baseball stadiums. The sunsets from the roof deck were breathtaking and the evening hot tub sessions were a fitting punctuation to active days. It was a perfect vacation!

Loved the spaciousness of the house and having breakfast on the porch in the mornings. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and nice. Liked that they live in town also in case there were any problems. Would stay there again if we come back.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

My husband and I loved staying right on the beach! The place had everything we needed and more. We loved that we had access to beach chairs and that we were able to see the sunset almost every night! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kelley!

This is an amazing place! Everything we wanted; walking distance to beautiful Clearwater Beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean with beautiful furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

The view of the beach from the balcony is magnificent. And the balcony has this little alcove that protects from the wind. We like that it is only a few blocks from restaurants and bars. So not right in the middle of everything but easy walking distance. Would definitely return.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway! The location is great - right across the street from the beach (with public access), walking distance to John's Pass (restaurants and shopping), near fun little beach bars/cantinas, and just a short ride to plenty more beaches with additional restaurants and fun. We loved Sweet Sage, Salt Rock Grill, and Crabby Bill's up the road to the north. We also spent a lovely morning at Pass-A-Grille beach to the south. Pro tip - you can park the car and take the trolley all the way to Clearwater. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided. Already making plans for the next trip!
