Fantastic location with a stunning view and constant sounds of the ocean. Very comfortable property with everything that was needed for a great stay. Having the supermarket so close ( 1 minute walk ) was a bonus. Would certainly come back again without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Accommodation was really fantastic an apartment very well equipped, clean , well decorated,beautiful and in the center of the village , very close to the beach and restaurants, bars , supermarket and very quiet , really we liked it very much , with a nice garden full of plants and super comfortable everything .... Nelly was 😊 Spectacular we called her from the Airport due to a serious problem with the rental car and.... took with us as if our mother was treated, that woman so kind ,determined, cooperating, fast, effective and super attentive.... really impressive.

We've spend 6 nights at Joao Avelino's place and we enjoyed it very much! Everything was clean and looked exactly as photos. House has a lot of towels and kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities including dishwasher and also washing machine, which was really convenient. Special thanks to Michelle who is the manager at the place, she was extremely helpful and friendly!

The space is well located and fully equipped. We really feel at home! We were accompanied by our dog and even she loved the space! For those who travel with their animals know how important it is that they are welcome and many accommodations do not accept them. Thanks to João and his family for having us

We had an amazing week-long stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and modern the place was. It had everything we needed for a perfect balance of relaxation and work. The views from the dining room were absolutely breathtaking! The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped if we wanted to cook, and there is a lovely restaurant literally across the road – definitely a must-visit. The beach is also across the road, we saw the most beautiful sunrises on the beach and from the balcony! We hired a car and parked just a few meters from the house, which was super convenient. The shower had fantastic water pressure and scalding hot water - which i loved! Lastly Beatriz - thank you for being so accommodating and ensuring our stay was nothing short of PERFECT! We will definitely back!

We had a wonderful stay at Tiago's place. The location could not be better. Just steps away from the beautiful beach where we walked every day. We did not rent a car. Taxis are available, bus stop next to the development, easy walk along the beach to town. We found many great restaurants we could walk to or take a taxi, and some provided pick and drop-off for free. The house itself, is comfortable, spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. You will have to supply spices, but oil, salt and sugar are provided. There is a big grocery store in town with everything you need. Tiago is quick to respond to any questions. We stayed for a month and hope to come again next year.

Loved living here. We spent almost 2 months at the property. The apartment offers everything you expect from your vacation home. In the kitchen, you'll make your own treats that can be found just a 5-minute walk from the supermarket. You're close to everything, but still enough around the corner that you can enjoy peace and quiet. Communicating with Duarte worked flawlessly, in addition to being helpful so left with the feeling that he's really nice 🤗 We recommend this place to anyone who wants the hassle of a getaway. Thank you Ana Isabel. I loved my 9 day long stay and hope to return for longer soon. The location is great, steps from the beach with a great restaurant - part of a 4* hotel where you can have a buffet style breakfast (7-11am) with huge amounts of salmon among other tasty foods and cakes and prosecco for only 15 eur per person. Come in, tell them about yourself and pay later. I had lunches and dinners there too. About 20eur per meal average. The sun rise on the beach was quite late in October so you have chance of seeing everything in golden colour on your way to breakfast at 8am. Supermarket and 24 hr doctor 10 min walk away. I took a tour bus only to be hapoy with the choice of this location. Ideal location for people who want to get away from it all, enjoy long walks and swimming in ocean. Beach is sand only, no urchins, no pebbles - gentle to feet. Waves calmer at times during the day suitable for swimming. Bag left on the beach - no issues! The flat is lovely and comfy!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay while in Porto Santo. A five minute walk to the beach and views from the house are amazing. Plenty to towels and a well equipped house with everything we needed. We were a family of 5, including two children and a mother in-law… so the two floors works out perfectly. Francisco was an outstanding host who communicated timely and clearly. Any questions we had were answered in minutes! We will absolutely stay there again !!!
