I used it in mid-February. The place was clean, and it was nice that the host was friendly. Check-in information was contacted by the host the day before departure. Even if you communicate through the messenger on this site, they will respond right away. The accommodation we stayed in came well with Grab, and it was very comfortable because it was not far from the places we wanted to visit. However, there were some rainy days on our schedule, so it was a little humid and cold when we slept at night. This is not a problem with the accommodation, but I think the weather impacted a lot. (There is no heating system in Vietnam in the house.) For Koreans who go to Vietnam in cold weather, I think it would be helpful to take an electric pad!

You’re getting more than what you paid for! The place is nice and cozy, with a lot of establishments that are walking distance. You’ll see a lot of cafes, restaurants, and massage clinics nearby. I love how the rooms are very spacious for two people. I will surely reconsider this place once I visit Da Nang again, I hope there will be rooms available by then.

Everything was around the accommodation, so it was very comfortable. The accommodation was also clean and perfect. I'll use it again next time. Luggage storage is possible, and the barbecue party on the rooftop was an unforgettable memory. The refrigerator, sink, speaker, jacuzzi, etc. on the rooftop were very good.

The best place to stay in Da Nang. It's 2 min to the beach, 2 min to some great restaurants and It was 20min walking to muay thai. There is a pool on the rooftop and a gym, but If you want a gym outside of the building, just 5 minutes away there is a cheap gym with everything you need. The apartment itself is spacious, the bed is really soft and we get cleaning every week. We stayed here for 6 weeks and do not regret booking It!

We had a fantastic stay with Duyen. The unit was very clean and well kept and the bed was very good. The location is just across the street from the beach and there was easy access to markets and restaurants. The unit and location were excellent but the host was outstanding, Duyen was very cordial, kind, and responsive. This listing is an excellent value, would highly recommend.

I had a small issue during my first night because it was new, and the owner personally came over to check the room. While inspecting, she also noticed that the air conditioning was making too much noise. To ensure my comfort, she immediately moved me to another room and even helped transfer my belongings. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved, and I was able to move back to my original room, which had been cleaned thoroughly just as if it were being prepared for a new guest. The level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes. If you ever have any concerns, just let her know—she’ll take care of it right away. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!

The apartment was great with a beautiful view. Even though we checked in at midnight, check-in was very easy. What makes us most satisfied is a soft bed and a clean, quiet apartment. Waking up with the sea and Son Tra mountain infront of your eyes is an extremely wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

Very first night of my stay I had unexpected problem with the air conditioning in the rooms. After reporting the issue, Thuy and Linh are promptly response and taking action to fix the problem. It made a significant in my overall comfort and enjoyment of the space. I was able to fully enjoy the amenities and the relaxing of your Airbnb offer. What a delightful stay in Da Nang! I booked this homestay during my visit to Vietnam to spend time with my family. My cousins and their children thoroughly enjoyed themselves in the pool and playing billiards. The house was spacious and immaculate. We also rented a large passenger van from their recommendation, which was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend this place. The beds were comfortable, the showers were large and clean, and there was a washer and dryer available. The complimentary fruit and bottled water were a nice touch, and the mini bar had reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
