Vacation rentals with a pool in Livingston County

Beautiful property! 11 of us spent 3 nights here to hike around Letchworth State Park and half the group loved the property so much they ditched the hikes. Two bedrooms had a queen bed (privacy for one couple), and then the other two rooms were shared with bunks or two queens. The place is massive so lots of space to get some alone time but the main areas were big enough for our group to not feel cramped. Some people booked a horseback ride and loved that too.

This was the perfect house for a large group - great common area, large driveway for multiple cars, and great bedroom space. Everything was so easy to find and truthfully had everything you could need.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy lake cottage! It was perfect for our party of 9 and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

We visited Karins place for a snowboarding trip. Check-in was easy and when I had a question about parking Karin was friendly and responsive. The space was cozy and beautiful and everything was very clean. It was very nice to soak in the hottub after snowboarding and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was the rooster crowing early and frequently each morning.

Absolutely fantastic property that the photos don't do justice to. Such a beautiful location and an extremely comfortable and clean property with everything you need. The hot tub was a highlight! Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Would very much recommend staying at this wonderful property.

It felt like a home away from home, the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely want to come again. The kitchen had everything one could need, and each room is thoughtfully decorated. A lovely place for walking out back at the park as well.
