Vacation rentals with a firepit in Livingston County

Great place to stay. Very clean and beautiful! Challenging getting in and out of the driveway but we came and went throughout the day. Some of us could also hear the road noise all night. There is a sound machine and fans to help!

We had a great stay. Anna was great at answering all my questions. The home was clean and well stocked. Our stay was in the winter but the lake looked beautiful. The area was a short drive to some restaurants. Not much to walk to which was fine by us since we since we planned on staying in.

This place was awesome. Lots of space in the living room and dining area. Outside space was spectacular, dining area, fire pit and dock. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was great! I visited with 2 friends for a movie marathon and Tyler added on theme pieces to his home to help us celebrate - truly a step above! We had a great time with beautiful views

Great place to stay and only minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. Cute place with views of the lake. Host was helpful and responded quickly. Would recommend this place . Host also greeted us with a sweet note along with bottled water and snacks.

Wow! What a view! We traveled to MI for my son’s wedding and needed a place to host us all. The property was beautiful. Charles was super responsive and helped with numerous questions in getting us settled. We had a fantastic stay! We had a mishap and forgot an item and Charles contacted me immediately. We loved our stay! Closer enough to Ann Arbor but felt quiet and peaceful in a beautiful setting! Loved the lake and peaceful setting.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

Was a great place to stay for a family or a couple like us on business. Great price. After we arrived, like I said before. I was relieved and I know i had made the right decision to stay with her. If she'll have us back we will stay there again next year. You won't be sorry you stay there.

this place was great! my father and i came to explore and we had plenty of space and was far enough away from the city to feel very peaceful, but close enough to not be more than a 5 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go!

Wow! We were familiar with the home prior to Kimberly's ownership and what they have done with the basement apartment is amazing. They truly thought of everything. Great design, very comfortable, well stocked, easy instructions and we loved the personality of Kimberly's orginal artwork, especially the entry mural. It was winter, but we could tell the gardens have been lovingly preserved which warms my heart since my sister, the previous home owner, had designed them over several years. Next time we are visiting family in the area we will be looking forward to another stay during the summer months so we can enjoy the pool, patios and their fun looking outdoor furniture. Thank you for a wonderful and warm welcoming place and the love you have given the home . We have traveled using airbnb often and this is a true gem.

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Annie's place was perfect for a weekend trip to Ann Arbor. It was clean and cozy, and it was very easy to get into downtown Ann Arbor by car (just 5-10 minutes!). Annie was super friendly and accommodating, too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My sister and I had a peaceful long weekend at Fish Tales. It was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. It was fun to take the kayaks out and just RELAX. The cottage was a short drive to the swim race location at Half Moon lake that we were visiting for. If you are looking for a peaceful spot with beautiful views this is for you,

We chose this cabin as our Christmas destination spot this year. Easily accommodated 5 adults and 5 kids under the age of 12, all of which were entertained by all the cabin has to offer. We’ve stayed in lots of cabins and this was our favorite! It was so gorgeous, private and peaceful. Annette was so responsive and hosted us wonderfully making sure a tree was up and there were Christmas decorations out and about to make it extra festive. Can’t say enough great things about our stay.

Could not have been happier with our stay here. Anne has created and maintained a very special feeling of place in this cottage. We enjoyed every minute of being here, even jumped in the lake! The cottage intuitively resets your way of living, if even for just a few days. Life slows down…sleep is deeper. The crickets louder. There is a grocery store less than ten minutes away (and Instacart can get you a Target run as well) The kitchen is so nice to cook in, and believe me, you won’t want to leave this place for dinner. We cancelled reservations because we wanted to stay in more. Best sink ever for dishes. Quiet, Simple, Morning and Afternoon Light, Long Stares at the water. Sounds of nature. Home cooked meals. Best dirt roads with wildflowers nearby if you need just one other thing to do. If your life needs this, do that here in this cottage.

The Lodge was a great place for our family to stay for a family wedding! We had a great experience, very close to lovely Clarkston! Dan was really great. The lodge was a great place fore us to gather and relax for this fun event. Hanging out during the day as well after events. It was great!

This property is very homey, and the owner is very responsive and proactive, would be the perfect getaway place for a couple!

Beautiful property, feels private and remote even though right off the highway. Unique mid-century modern decor/interior design — not your typical sterile, greige cookie cutter Airbnb! Responsive, friendly hosts. I stayed here over the Christmas holiday, and Matt went out of his way to salt/shovel the walkways/driveway the morning of Christmas Eve when it had snowed the previous night. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again!

Stefanie and Ivan are two hosts that I wish my wife and I could rent from every time. They were responsive, kind, and went above and beyond their duties. While attempting to leave the driveway, my vehicle got stuck in the ice. Ivan immediately came to my aid and spent two hours of his time in freezing weather to help rescue my car. Stefanie even offered to deliver us food. A heartfelt thank you. Please consider this place to be your next destination 🫶🏼
