Great central location, very helpful host.

Lovely little apartment with garage in good location. Shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood, ski lift about 5 min. Walking distance. Recommended for up to 2-3 people in my opinion. If I were to go back to Aprica, I would probably book again. Thank you!

Great location, wonderful views of the mountains, everything is sparkling clean and comfortably furnished. We had to get used to the "curtain entrance" at first - but privacy was guaranteed. Great beds! Slept well. Parking space/basement for bicycles would still be cool. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment perfectly matches the description. Impeccable cleanliness and new decor, nothing is missing. To get to the plants, the shuttle service was very convenient. Host Laura was always ready for any questions. Great stay, I highly recommend

We had a super nice time and lots of peace and quiet in the accommodation. The whole Crosina family was really always friendly and on hand when you had a wish. For the children, it was super nice to always be able to move freely and to be able to use everything from the house. What we noticed is that the kitchen equipment was a little low. But we were able to live well with that. If we were missing something, we got it from the family. If you're a little bigger, be prepared for smaller beds. We are super relaxed and satisfied after the two weeks of vacation.

Best value for the money I stayed in in Switzerland. Small super cozy room (I travelled alone this time) with direct view to the enchanted forest. Open the window and the zen is in your spirit right away! silent environement, one can only hear the song of the birds . if you are looking for a calm place to unwind and (re)connect with nature this is the place. People are natural, warm, kind and funny. A few restaurants with delicious food and perfect service . Numerous lovely hiking trails paved with flowers and mountain rivers, a magnificent church from 1490, an old house transformed in museum not to be missed Not packed with tourists(its a destination frequented mainly by swiss) I ll be back !

Toller stay We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is ideal – quiet yet central, with short distances. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always available for questions. The small details such as a welcome greeting have also made the stay special. We can fully recommend the apartment.

I highly recommend renting an apartment at Alessandro's. Beautiful neighborhood, everything in the best order, parking on site, 12 minutes by car to the Daolasa train. I recommend!

I can only recommend, the lady responds in a few minutes, we could park the car in the covered garage and the place was perfect, you can walk to the ski slope and yet you are right in the center. The lady didn't even want a dog fee. Thank you again and we will definitely stay with you again.

Everything great, apartment as described. Nice, quiet location. We arrived with two cars, which was also no problem regarding parking. About 10 minutes to the lake and restaurants within easy walking distance. Federico was always available for questions, very nice communication. It was a very nice holiday ☺️

I was at Massimiliano's apartment with my husband and my two children, the house matches the description, very clean, attention to detail, had already prepared the bed for my children when we arrived. the house is complete with everything, underneath there is still a small shop and a bar. in 7 minutes you are at the Aprica facilities. we'll definitely be back this summer

Host was extremely responsive. The lights in the bathroom was not working. She got back to us immediate and explained how to get the lights to work. The unit has many pots, pans, and utensils. She even left adapters for US electric plugs. There are 3 bus stop less than 10 minutes walk from the condo. You can get almost anywhere around Silvaplana and St. Moritz by bus. The Albana hotel down the street had excellent Thai and local cuisines. There is a pastry shop - delicious pastries. Grocery store is also close by. If you go to St. Moritz, Coop is a much larger grocery store. We brought our own recycle bags. We came to ski. We were at Corvatsch and Corviglia. Although no fresh snow, they were decent. Corviglia was a little better option. We all agreed, this was a great home away from home. Thank you Maria Pia for hosting us.

Very spacious apartment for large families, a somewhat separate guest room with its own small bathroom is ideal to invite another "attachment". The furnishings are great, everything is available, incl. Fondue-Rechaud and raclette oven. You can tell that the hosts themselves are often in the apartment. The location is very good, just below the dream slope. Very clean and generously equipped with terry towels and sheets. The master bathroom with jacuzzi tub is very nice, also the terraces and the fireplace, which may be used, upgrade the apartment. We didn't try the pizza oven, but in the summer it would certainly also be a highlight! Two cars are easy to accommodate, another one would have to be placed in the "lower underground car park", which is really very tight. Even the manager advised us not to use it unless we had a small car. We didn't try. :-)

Beautiful place, exactly as in the photos. Everything is very clean, tidy, well-stocked (from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms), modern (the jacuzzi and radio system in all the rooms of the house are a gem). Not to mention the view, stunning! Communication with Maria Lis was very responsive and kind, as was Daniela, the girl who welcomed us on arrival. Both are always ready to meet our every need and resolve any issues. We had a great time totally relaxing. Worth a stay, we'll definitely be back!

Nice very clean apartment with good facilities. Location right in the old town, great. The parking situation is tense according to Lake Garda, you have to use public parking spaces. The communication with Anna went smoothly. We had a lovely time.

I booked the apartment for 2 days, to enjoy the view is to take a few walks. The apartment exceeded the expectations I had taken from the photos. Spacious environment, possibility to regulate the temperature according to the cold, full kitchen with everything you need. Very clean and impeccable spaces, not to mention the beauty of the upper floor with a hot tub, a dream... The icing on the cake was the flexibility of check-in, since it was at 3:00 pm but we had the possibility to enter already at 11. Thank you very much Claudia
