I really enjoyed my stay, the host was the best. He answered every text, I sent a few. He made sure I had all the information I needed in a timely manner. The host checked on me all the way until I was secure in the home. The home is beautiful, very clean, beautifully decorated, the pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Can’t wait to book again. My grandson is a student athlete at MVSU and The Bleu is literally a five minute drive from the school.

Good location. Clean. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Morning view of the lake is amazing. Megan was responsive and very accommodating. Home was equipped for 10 plus two pets and had all essential items and more. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, and I really liked the snacks / munchies provided….even Klondike bars in the freezer!!!! Amazing host!!! Beds are very comfortable. This is certainly the most cost effective Airbnb….no extra cleaning fee….loved it.

Our group had a wonderful stay for the Mississippi Half Marathon weekend. It was close to our event and great restaurants. We highly recommend making a supper reservation at Sherman’s Restaurant. The house was spacious and had a wonderful view. It was so peaceful and relaxing. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sam’s place! There was plenty of room for our group to hang out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some dinners during our stay. When I had any questions Sam was super helpful and very responsive! Would highly recommend staying at this cool place!

The pictures Mr.Lee has posted doesn't do it justice. This is a nice get away with all the amenities ready at the location. Me and my family came to Monticello, Ar for a Basketball game and couldn't find a place to our liking until we stumbled upon this gem this place was awesome. Mr. LEE IS VERY RESPONSIVE!! The place has central heat and air and also a gas fireplace for those cold nights. My only dislike is that I didnt have more time to just relax and unwind.
