Family-friendly vacation rentals in Littleton

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

We had a fantastic stay at Matt's place while celebrating New Year's. The house was spacious, and had lots of things for the kids to keep occupied while the parents relaxed. Matt was very responsive when we reached out about minor issues. Everything was great!! A+ recommendation. Happy 2025!

Our annual family MLK / NH weekend was perfect! We found Christy's location back in September and it was so accomodating for the 8 of us plus two little ones. The bedrooms were plenty big and the number of beds was perfect for everyone. The bonus to our stay was the hot tub! After our long days of hiking and skiing, there was no better relaxation then stepping out the back door and submerging yourself into a hot spa!!! Christy was a perfect host and very quick in any questions we may have had. Will definitely be back and you will too!!!

My family along with my brothers family went for our annual trip for the ice castles. We found Tim’s place and immediately booked it. The house is super great! The pool and hot tub were a HUGE hit! The beds are comfortable, the kitchens and bathrooms are fully stocked. Tim was extremely responsive and welcoming. I didn’t have many questions as he explained everything so well. If you’re looking to visit the ice castles, Tim’s place is only 20 mins away! I highly recommend Tim’s house and we absolutely will be going back 😊

Staying at Adley’s place was a pleasure. Even without the snow-covered landscape we were hoping for this proved as cozy and peaceful as it looks. Very spacious and comfortable, beautiful views from all living areas, well-equipped kitchen, I can only recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. We rented this house when we went to the NH Ice Castles . We stayed the weekend . It accommodated our family of 14 very well. The house was clean and it met all our needs .

We had a great weekend with a blended family of young adults! There was hiking and visiting family also visiting while there! Great space and location!

Cozy, clean place. Great location for ski in/out. Attitash Abenaki lift is just right next to back yard. Owner communication is excellent. We had wonderful time with kids during our ski trip! Thanks Donald.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Our family of 11 stayed at Judy’s place for the weekend with multigenerational family members from the ages of 2 to 82 along with our 2 fur babies. There were so many games, toys, books, a multifunctional pool table and arcade games to keep all of us having fun all weekend long. So much so that we only left the house Saturday evening to go to dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve large breakfasts and dinner. The dishwasher and washing machine are an added amenity that we loved having. As soon as we entered the home we were grateful for so many hooks and boot trays to accommodate our outerwear. God willing we will gift this weekend away for our children, grandchildren, and in laws again next year as their Christmas gift. Thank you Judy for supplying a wonderful home for us to make incredible family memories.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Chalet! The place was so comfy cozy and the views were breathtaking. We enjoyed eating our breakfast at the kitchen table every morning and staring out at the mountains. Linda was very kind and quick to respond. They even left a welcome basket which was a nice surprise upon our arrival. I would recommend this place over and over again. We hope to stay here again someday. Thank you again Linda and Chris for being such wonderful hosts and providing a wonderful place to stay and enjoy our White Mountain getaway!

The space was a quiet and peaceful rural setting with great views of the surrounding mountains and sunsets. It was very close proximity to the fun Kingdom Trails for mountain biking and within an hour of a wide variety of amazing hiking trails. Rene, Russ and their pup Theo were very friendly and welcoming!

Great little studio. Checked all The boxes for my son and I to get away skiing for a couple of days. Out door hot tub and indoor pool were great. Studio was clean and relaxing.

Perfect fall getaway with stunning colors and views. Great location to get around the White Mountains, easy access to I-93 but super quiet and peaceful property. Cute little cabin perfect for sleeping at the end of a long day. Gunnar was always responsive and greeted us as soon as we arrived, showed us around and gave great hiking recommendations. We made a fire on the chilly night and enjoyed the peace. Beautiful brook about a 15 minute walk through the woods:) I totally recommend staying here!

Great location for skiing at Loon!

This place is great! The pictures do not do a justice. This apartment is very open, lots of space! And the views of the mountains are incredible! Chad was very responsive and a great host! Would stay again!

This is our 2nd time staying. Its location can't be beat and there is SO much room for everyone.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!
