The Blue Bird is the perfect accommodation for those traveling to New Haven, Ct. Shelly was a very responsive host and made us feel welcome. Quiet, cozy and 10 minutes from downtown, I would highly recommend this stay. 5 stars!

Several of us just came back from a quick overnight trip to Brookfield, and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area of CT. The bottom floor was recently renovated, so the place is really well laid out with plenty of amenities. There is enough to do on property to keep a group of people entertained for a weekend stay if you plan on sticking around the house. The location is incredible, situated in a little nook right on the water with a ton of privacy and a huge backyard. And definitely reach out to Flory in advance as she plenty of recommendations for things to do and where to eat while you're in town. You will have no regrets if you book this place.

Shelley’s place was amazing and we loved absolutely everything about it. The check in was easy and Shelley was very responsive and even checked in after we have settled in. Comfortable beds and such cozy living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and washer/dryer made it really convenient. Would love to be back again

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Blake property, From the moment I booked, communication was clear and prompt. She provided detailed instructions for check-in, which made the arrival process seamless. The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Cozy and cute getaway, nestled in a quaint neighborhood, Saleem’s property was exactly as described and such a pleasant resting place for us on our trip. Very attentive and friendly hosts, plentiful amenities and such a lovely area. Wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely return!

Beautiful unit, in a great location! Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay at Brian’s place again whenever we want to go to the Hartford area. There were so many things around the area to do as well and the view was great! Brian was so quick to respond to any questions we had! Overall really great stay!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at Susan's property. The house was even better than the pictures—spacious, homey, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. We cooked homemade meals every day, and the kitchen had all the utensils and tools we could ask for. The trees were turning gorgeous autumn colors, and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled weekend!

Its hard to leave a proper review in just ‘a few words’. From the min you drive up, every need is met 🤩. Storybook woods, creek and trees surrond the home. Spacious deck and outdoor furnishings. Interior is a stylish mix of 70’s meets NYC with touches of cultural experiences throughout. Healthy live plants adorn almost every space. A fully stocked retro kitchen; fit for a chef. Even food staples and spices!! Toiletries and amenities to meet just about any situation/need. You can probably show up with just your toothbrush and be just fine! The beds/linens were soo comfortable. Our only negative experience was the torture of having to get up every morning. I wanted to sleep until noon! Fans in every bedroom. They provided sleep masks, ear plugs and even phone chargers. Wifi in the home works like a charm. Art, books & music throughout the home too! Games, outdoor items. Restaurants, art and activities just a few min away. Seriously, look no further. You will love this gem ✨

Jessi's place was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Jessi responded to any questions quickly and was very clear in any and all instructions. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was very easy to find. We will definitely be staying again!
