Absolutely lovey stay! Excellent service. Wonderful amenities. Calm. Quiet. Serene. Spacious. Family friendly. Many entertaining spaces. Will do again! Sauna not included in the stay. But the rest was outstanding!.

Quiet place, clean and tidy, delicious breakfast and exceptional attention from host and staff!I highly recommend it. They helped with absolutely everything, including tips and arrival times with early check-in.

We walked to the location by foot. It was a bit hard to find because we were new to the area (and tired from the train ride… and the pouring rain didn’t help), but once we got our bearings we realized the photo of the front door provided by the hosts was actually the door right beside us. We entered the code given and opened the door to a lovely reception from Ian at the desk. He gave us all the details about the place…breakfast, snacks throughout the, other tidbits….and then showed us to the room. The room, accessed by a winding staircase was on the first level…huge big bathroom, very comfy bed and peaceful. Breakfasts were perfect and gave us a fresh start to the day. Staff were wonderful….kind and thoughtful. Neighbourhood was residential but so so close to the hustle and bustle of busier areas. Would highly recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Our bedroom had a real spa and luxury feel to it and was filled with lots of lovely Rituals products in the bathroom. There was also free water in the room, Netflix on the TV, a big comfy bed, and in general it was super, super clean. The staff who greeted us were so lovely too, and even helped with our bags! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Bica's place comfortable and cozy we felt right at home! The location is superb with everything in walking distance. Claudia was my contact person and she was very responsive, helpful, and there was even a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

The location is very walkable to the Praça do Comércio, Lisbon Cathedral and the Castle of San Jorge. The room has great storage for an extended stay and very comfortable accommodations. The included breakfast is fantastic! We definitely recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, from where you can get to the nearest bus stop, metro, bar or restaurant very quickly. We really appreciated the staff as they went out of their way and were very friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast. The room was extremely well maintained, spacious and in a quiet location. Thank you!

The villa was our family’s last stop of the trip, we are so happy we ended up in Sintra in the beautiful mountains. The location was very close to Lisbon as well as the airport but also provided for plenty to do in the town itself. The location is perfectly situated on the private road to the castles. At night you can see all of the palaces lit up on the mountain tops surrounding the villa. Sintra was the most charming and romantic village of our trip. Our boys loved walking through the cobble stone streets. The rooms were spotless and beds were made each day for us. The breakfast was fresh and delightful, the croissants were heavenly. Staff was available to help or answer any questions at anytime. Highly recommend.

We had an issue during our stay (toilet broke), but they did what they could and got us into another room so we were comfortable. Beautifully clean and modern property. Really appreciated the stay. Thanks so much.

This place was beyond amazing and the way it shows online. The effort and detail that went into creating this space was very well thought out. Very unique, peaceful and serine. It’s a hidden gem in my eyes!

Beautiful and charming house with garden and ofcourse swimming pool with views. I stayed two nights and regretted not booking an extra night. Armie is very kind and welcoming - I will be back

Our room was amazing and we felt like the view and tranquility of the house would be hard to beat in Sintra. We had a very peaceful stay and loved chef Armie. Would love to come back with more family next time 🙌
