Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Liopetri

We arrived on the 15th August for a 10 night stay and every minute was fabulous! The villa was clean, homely and well taken care of. The pool and outdoor area was our favourite part of the villa! The Sun shines on it all day and someone came round twice during our stay to clean the pool. Loucia is your perfect host! She left us beer, fruit, cheese, water etc and it was the perfect touch! She even gave us very flexible check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The villa is roomy and has plenty of space. We enjoyed it from start to finish and would absolutely love to stay again! Thank you Loucia for letting us stay in your gorgeous home!

We have been visiting Cyprus for more than 20yrs and know the area well as we have family located nearby. Now we have expanded our family with children and grandchildren we needed somewhere in this area that was big enough to accommodate everyone in comfort. Hideaway Villa certainly achieves this and Jenny and Frank have built an amazing place with everything you need when you come away. The facilities are excellent with a a small pitch and putt, pickle ball/badminton court and the all important pool and surrounding seating/lounging areas. The place is very spacious and easily accommodates all guests with large bedrooms/en-suites and bathrooms. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The villa is remote and you do need a car, but it is close to everything you need and fantastic beaches are a short drive away. The villa is excellent for families and a real home from home. A big thank you to Jenny and Frank for being the perfect hosts. 10/10

We had a lovely week in Apple Tree Villa and would highly recommend it. Menelaos the villa manager was extremely helpful throughout with thorough pre arrival information and all queries answered. His local knowledge is tailored to your holiday needs and we had very good food and beach recommendations. Milk and bread etc ready for your arrival and Menelaos also delivered sweet treats halfway through the week which was a lovely surprise. The villa is perfect for families and couples and the pool a good size and very clean. The outside space gives lots of options for sun or keeping cool at any time of day. The garden has good privacy from the road. The church on the hill (Profitis Elias) is a wonderful viewpoint just down the road and good exercise! Walking to the north end of Protaras strip very easy 10-15mins. Our favourite beaches were a little further- Green Bay and Konnos. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Okan’s place. The place was easy to find and within the walking distance to all the restaurants and historic sites. There was plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean. Okan is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate. I definitely recommend his place! Thank you!!

The villa was absolutely perfect! Such a beautiful view of the sea, it was clean and comfortable, lots of space! We were 12 and it didn’t feel cramped, everyone enjoyed the rooms, the pool was gorgeous and the area felt safe. We received brilliant communication from the host, would be coming back 🫶🏻🫶🏻

My family and I stayed at Mediterranean view villa for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our stay! Any problems or questions we had were very quickly resolved! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived with a few essentials left for us! We absolutely loved the outside space! The pool and gardens are absolutely stunning! We used the bbq most nights and it worked perfectly! Especially with it being next to the kitchen, making it super easy for prepping food! We arrange this trip few months before and our family came from all over the world to enjoy this vacation. The villa as described very big and there many rooms and bathrooms. The pool is the center of the house and the private cabana is really a plus. You are close to a lot of places 5-10 minute walk and you can always take a taxi if you need to go to Ayia Napa. Overall great stay we all had a lot of fun and the place was as we expected. Thank you. Ps The fig , lemon trees are so amazing plus the tennis court that was a great addition.

We had a great time in this villa. It has everything you need, a good location, a big pool, also well equipped. Host George answered all the questions and was very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the seafront area, the inner city, and the attractions. Property is not on a main road, so there isn't much traffic and there wasn't any noise at night. Property is the top floor of the building, so no noise from neighbors or adjacent units. The views were spectacular. Sit on the veranda to watch the sun rise over the city, then watch the sunset over the salt lake from the main room's huge windows. Well cared for, very spacious, very clean. Truly nothing we would change. Lora was great and super helpful. Her instructions were simple and easy to follow, she was kind and polite, and quick to respond. She provided a great list of local recommendations, and even sent them to us in advance to help plan our trip. There were no surprises. The pictures accurately show exactly what the home looks like, and all of the listed amenities and features were available. I highly recommend this property.

Really lovely place along with the owner! Always super helpful and reliable. The place was as clean as you’ll get. All things inside the home are very carefully thought out and helpful- great attention to detail. Home is very welcoming. Literally right by the beach which is lovely and clean, plus it’s walking distance to some great restaurants. We come cyprus every year for over a month and have stayed in a lot of places - we really loved this one.

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

We had a very pleasant stay! The jacuzzi was really good Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. We also had a barbecue and were provided with the barbecue grill. Definitely a very good choice!

The apartment is beautiful and fits the description. Clean, comfortable, very cozy. Close to the sea, the beach is sandy and clean. Nearby there are shops, cafes, car rental.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet still quiet and peaceful. It made getting around so easy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay.

The villa was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Between the pool, the pool table and the table football, the whole family was entertained. We visited in late November and the weather was beautiful but the pool heating was needed, I’m not sure the pool would have been useable without heating, it’s worth the extra money.

Villa was perfect for our Family of 4 adults 6 teenagers. Definitely need to have a car to get about, protaras 5 min drive and ayia napa 10min drive. Pool was great cleaned twice weekly. Villa is equipped with everything you need. Cooker in villa 2 trips if you have the hob and oven on luckily Andreas father was at the villa so was able to show us where the trip switch was. Andreas was a responsive host. What would be great is to have a welcome folder with all information in regarding the villa and local taxi’s etc although Andrea’s did provide when messaged it would be good to have it to hand. We were really happy with our stay and would recommend.

Just got this to this place a couple of weeks ago and to say the views are amazing, everything to a walkable distance. We did go out of season so not much was going on but the restaurants were all running and the walk to the beach so lovely. The management team were so proactive and responsive immediately had we need any help. Overall a lovely spot to stay at. Thank you

An excellent stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally kind and truly heartwarming. Every request we had was met with a smile. The house was fully equipped and felt like home. The location is perfect, with everything accessible and within walking distance. We will definitely return!
