Caryn communicated answers to my questions quickly and after I inquired about the availability of a crock pot, she made sure to leave it on the counter where I could find it. The house is in a beautiful wooded area and my grandson just adored looking at all the cows. The house itself is beautiful and I can see why people would want to be married there. The home was clean, and despite a few minor things, we had a wonderful time. Remember, though, the house is in the country. Walmart and other conveniences are not around the corner. But Caryn provided everything we could use as far as towels for 9 and paper plates and cups. The coffee station with pods was very useful.

Great place very clean and spacious and the host was outstanding he was very helpful every step of the way and very responsive anytime I had a question.

This is the second time we stayed at Woods and Water and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year! The property is private, there is everything you need and it’s just so relaxing for us. We will be back next year!

One of the nicest and moderately priced houses I’ve seen on this app. Me and my friends who are working all across Alabama and Georgia wanted to find a nice place for all of us to hang out for New Years, and this place was absolutely perfect. Big enough for all of us and our wives, beautiful setting, clean home, you name it. It was the perfect place. Every one of us agreed we’d be coming back in the future

This property is beautiful and had so many extras. Yall thought of everything and it made our stay extra special. We enjoyed hosting our family here for Thanksgiving. We were very pleased with our stay. Perfect for our needs. We originally had hotel reservations, but are so glad we switched. We would definitely stay again. If you like a country setting and quiet surroundings, then this is the place for you. Thank you Reagan and Jason for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely amazing stay! There was nothing missing that we needed during our stay! I have never experienced an Airbnb host who has stocked their space so intentionally, making every guest feel right at home. The beautiful openness of the home, combined with its spotless cleanliness, made for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay. The large glass windows allowed us to fully enjoy the breathtaking lake view, bringing peace and serenity to our experience. Thank you for being such an amazing host! The home was very spacious with enough room for 2-3 families to stay without feeling crowded. So many places to sit inside with 3-4 living spaces. No one ever felt crowded. Our grandchildren loved the downstairs gaming area. The lake was so nice with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Lots of outdoor spaces for sitting with a cup of hot chocolate or morning coffee. Fresh air sunshine and gorgeous scenery made this trip one to remember. A short drive to Callaway Gardens to the Fantasy in Lights show was spectacular. The hot tub was a plus. Thanks Brittany for a great stay!! And thanks for welcoming our furry friend. She enjoyed her stay as well! We plan to be back in the summer.
