This is already the 2nd time we have taken the accommodation, it is very well located and very clean with everything available. Maria is a really good host who always answers our questions

This studio apartment was perfect while I stayed in town for a few days visiting friends. Very lovely neighborhood near the yellow line, and within walking distance of a grocery store and several little cafes. Host was great, and responsive. Loved that there was a washer AND dryer to make laundry easy before the next leg of my trip.

Really fantastic, first time in Lisbon, the location of the house is very good, we came for the meeting, it is also close to the venue, and it is convenient to buy things.The host is also very nice. The house is very comfortable. I will come again after the opportunity.

My wife and I had a lovely time in Portugal here. The room was just as described and located in our favorite neighborhood. It was easy to check in and would highly recommend!

Rene's apartment is exquisite and we felt like we were guests in someone's beautiful home. It was even bigger than expected and all of the bathrooms were very nice and spacious - even the one for the twin bed room. It was great for our group of five - a nice space to hang out together in, but not ever crowded for us. Lots of great dinner options in the neighborhood and very easy to get around by metro or you can take uber, which is inexpensive in Lisbon. Would definitely recommend and would book again. We had a lovely stay at Andre’s place. Communication was great, and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was just as shown in the pictures, clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit on the softer side for our preference. The wardrobe had a good amount of hangers, which was really convenient. The location was excellent—walking distance to fantastic breakfast spots, restaurants, and cafes. We especially enjoyed exploring a nearby park that had temporary stalls selling local crafts and goods. Victor was incredibly helpful during our check-in process and even recommended a charming breakfast spot for us to wait at until the apartment was ready. Overall, we were happy with the experience and would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Principe Real area.

I’m English and decided to stay here fleeing the horrible weather in the uk in January. This place is perfect. Every morning I woke up and meditated on the balcony in the full sun watching it shimmer on the water below the bridge. The view at sunrise and sunset on the balcony was enough for a 5 star review

Were in the house with 5 friends - very nice for a stay near Lisbon. Everything is no longer in the condition as shown in the pictures, but still great. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay at Pedro’s - it suits us perfectly. Everything you could want is there, and everything works just fine. Everything is quite hi-spec and it was great to unwind after a busy Christmas with family and friends. We had no issues and would warmly recommend this apartment. As we family nearby, we’ll probably be back too!

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

What a fantastic house. Nice pool and very spacious house for our family with 4 teenagers. We enjoyed it. Lisbon close by Magical beaches 7 minutes Stores close by. And a very happy host ❤️

More than perfect! We enjoyed these days in a stylish house, which had all the necessary amenities. The location is just wonderful, quiet and private with no neighbors, very close to the ocean. Electric bikes were a nice bonus for leisure. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back again someday! P.s. Special thanks for the excellent communication and with the help of a forgotten thing, we really appreciate it!

Rose was extremely responsive and helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony and pool were the highlights of our stay. There are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance of the place and has everything you could need for your stay. Uber and bolt are super cheap to get to places around the city also. Loved our stay and would come back again in the future

Absolutely perfect! 100% as advertised. Great neighbourhood, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, local sites and the metro. Very conveniently located yet quiet. The apartment is perfect. Quality presentation, we lacked nothing. It felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. Detailed instructions, great communication from the hosts and their team, they keep you very informed and answer quickly when contacted. Absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Loved this apartment! Excellent light and atmosphere. Always enjoyed coming back to the apartment after a day of sight seeing. The kitchen was very well equipped for any cooking, which we didn't do much, but I was impressed none the less. Laura was a great help with check in and any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

My stay at Hanna's apartment was amazing! The apartment is perfectly located, right next to the charming Príncipe Real Square. On top of that, the space was extremely pleasant, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a huge king-size bed! I absolutely loved it! A lovely touch was the restaurant recommendations she provided, which included unique and lesser-known spots that made the experience even more special. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

They are very good hosts, they responded kindly to our request to get in two hours earlier. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, it is very well equipped and clean, the area is very quiet. We recommend it.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 small children. The hosts were very accommodating providing a crib and high chair for us and being responsive to messages we sent while there. The only challenge for us was the noise outside at night, due to the Christmas light show and street performers (this seems like a seasonal concern and wouldn’t keep us from coming back another time of year). The location was great otherwise, very walkable to shops, restaurants, metro stations. It made for a great vacation for our family.
