THE PINES: hot tub, central A/C, near downtown

Safe from fire and flood! central A/C and heating! its clean, cozy, and family friendly. What more could you want? Well maybe a hot tub, fire place, and fire pit? (we have those) A tv in every room? we think you should have that too. Close to town? less than a mile away on a paved road no less. Swing on the porch, breathe in the mountain air and you will feel like new. For the mamas we've got you covered, pack n play, high chair, toys and games for the kids and plenty for the grown "kids" to do!

Cozy, comfy cabin with WIFI. The heart of the cabin is a country kitchen where you'll be able to cook your own meals. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of cabin charm with room to unwind. In game room are two chairs - one can fold out into bed. Weekend/ holiday prices are higher. Local taxes will be calculated/charged when booking is accepted. Extra fees per night for more than 4 guests. NO PETS. Property Manager lives nearby. Our guests love our quirky and cozy cabin as do we!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Midtown Ruidoso is a 5 minute walk. Midtown offers local shops, local wine tasting, local restaurants, and a tap room for the adults. After a 3 minute walk you can be in Wingfield park which offers a local farmers market in the summer, frisbee golf, and also hosts numerous festivals. Grindstone lake is a 5 minute drive, away.

This guest-favorite 1BR/1BA beautifully remodeled cabin, now back and ready after being down for over a year due to storm damage, features a private hot tub and sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds off the kitchen, an air mattress in the living room, and it’s pet-friendly!

Amazing rustic charming cabin on wooded hillside near downtown Ruidoso with spacious yard to enjoy indoor and outdoor living. We just Added a 6 person hot tub with amazing views in an enclosed and private backyard. Close to many restaurants and great backyard views. A/C units have been added. Guest must be 25 years old to rent. We do not allow pets.
