Beach house vacation rentals in Lincoln City

What a fantastic time at this gem of a home! The location is hard to beat with such comfort to relax. We loved the ocean view, peaceful waves and cool breezes. Thanks for having such a well equipped kitchen with actual knives and a sharpener!

We have stayed at rentals around the world, and Tina’s place was one of the best. Great location and great views just like the pictures, but the thing that stood out was how well appointed the home was. It truly felt like you were in your own home while also on vacation. Tina was a responsive host, extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!

Richard's place was great. Quiet place right on the bay. We had a great stay in Lincoln City and would definitely return to Richard's place again.

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at the Pacific Pearl. House was big and roomy with an ocean view. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Nice to have 2 living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs. Garage was fun with pingpong and foosball.

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Thankyou !! Our hosts were amazing!!!! The home was extremly comfortable and cozy and exactly what we needed! It had all the essentials already there that we needed and did not want to bring with us !!!! Our hosts were extremely easy to communicate with ! The veds were amazingly comfortable and the view! THAT VIEW!! We didnt need to leave to go to beach access near our cabin, it was right out our door .. the "sand dune" was not at all hard to navigate as my 3 year old did it! The nieghboorhood is quiet and calm. We will 100% be coming back and letting our friends know that this was one of the best experiences we have had !!! Thankyou to our wonderful hosts !!!

This is a beautifully house and nice location in Newport. There are many steps down to beach, which was not a problem for most of our family, but for few it was a workout. You could walk for miles on the beach which was wonderful. The house was well equipped for the several meals we had there. We had a Birthday party with about 30 people and there was plenty of room and seating. We had a wonderful time !

We drove 6 1/2 hrs and arrived early, about 2:30. After a couple of cell phone calls, we were allowed to enter early. Check in time is 4:00 PM. The condo was immaculate! The ocean view captivating! The condition of everything was as if brand new. Located within minutes of several great restaurants. Prior to our arrival we were informed that the dishwasher was not operating and there was an adjustment made to our charges. This condo is on our “return to” list. You want a big bang for your buck, this is it.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Our first time to the coast and we loved our stay! Great location, adorable home and neighborhood, and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Our kids spent hours in the tide pools then warmed up in the hot tub. The home fit our family comfortably and was a great place to stay!

Cute and comfortable!! Walking distance to the beach. Tim is very responsive. Stayed for a girls weekend, perfect place for the 6 of us. Will definitely keep this one on our list for future visits.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

Top spot on the coast! Perfectly situated and private, thoughtful interior styling, and every aspect of the space feels intensional and comfortable. Great environment for working or relaxing, great kitchen space and coffee rig for those inclined to stay in, and the morning light is incredible. Definitely will continue to come back again and again.

We enjoyed our stay and our family would be happy to return. The location is excellent and we enjoyed waking to the beach, restaurants and nearby dunes.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

Cindy's place was absolutely worth every dollar. Very clean, close to the beach, deer in the yard that seemed to enjoy our campfire. Its a beautiful house right next to the beach and right by downtown lincoln city and chinook winds casino
