Cabin at Bjørndalsvatn. Address is Bjørndalen 12 in Evje municipality. Simple standard, but there is electricity and water. Then there is a shower in the bathroom. The cabin is very sunny in quiet surroundings. The cottage contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There's also a gap you can sit in the outdoors. Boat and fishing license provided free of charge. Good fishing and swimming facilities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Car road all the way to the cabin.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Warm cabin on the seafront with lovely views.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is insulated and it keeps a good temperature even when the wind blows. Especially beautiful it is in the fall.

Small cabin, 52 sqm, sunside terrace exposed to sun all day. Wide view over lake Høvringen. 30 m from parking, but hidden from the road. Old-fashioned, simple, but good cabin standard: indoor biological toilet, cold tap water in kitchen, electric stove for cooking, cooler and freezer. Wood stove and electric oil stove for heating. Personal atmosphere, with relativelhy old, well-kept furniture. Lovely bird-singing around.
