In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Greifswald. 220 m² großes Ferienhaus direkt am Wasser für max. 12 Personen. Zwischen Stralsund und Greifswald sind die Inseln Rügen und Usedom mit ihren weiten Sandstränden in 20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Den Mietern steht vor Ort ein Ruderboot und ab Feb.2018 eine Sauna im Saunahaus, zur Verfügung. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen Natur und Ruhe pur, kein Verkehr, die Lage am Wasser einzigartig. Unser Haus ist gut für Familien und Gruppen.

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 min from the Warener Stadthafen. As this is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Warener Stadthafen. This is even nicer than in the photos ! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace.
