The villa is very comfortable and super equipped. Good location about 1.5 km from the nearest beach. Quiet neighborhood, although the house is right next to the road, it was almost not felt at all. The house is very large and consists of two large bedrooms with air conditioning and large beds and two small rooms with no air conditioning and a bit cramped. In addition, the living room has a large sofa bed. There is also a large kitchen with a dining room and a huge terrace outside where we spent the most time. Super clean pool with hot tub and sun loungers and garden swings. Very clean everywhere. There are two bathrooms in the house, and by the pool there is an additional third with an extra outdoor shower. Very nicely landscaped around the house. The kitchen is super-equipped with all the equipment. There's nothing missing. Bathrooms in good condition and very clean. The whole villa is great, but the best was the host Petro. I have not yet met such friendly and helpful, caring for my guests. Great. Highly recommend the villa.

Great Villa, very quiet, beautiful views, great condition. You need a car because it is a few miles from Montallegro but its in a great area. The restaurant the host recomended was very good, definitelly go and eat at Angio Restaurant.

We were very well hosted by Daniela even though the check-in was a little chaotic with our GPS and the little information about the place, which is in the countryside. Daniela doesn't speak any English, which made things a little more complicated. But, we ended up finding it, that's the main thing. Upon arrival and departure, Daniela offered us Sicilian culinary specialties, which were very good and delicious fruit (special mention for almond cakes on the last day! ) The place is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, especially since we were alone in the rental, which includes two other apartments. The beds are very comfortable. In short, we really enjoyed this place because we were quiet. Giuseppe's place is a beautiful country house, with a wonderful view of the Bay of Mollarella. The home is equipped with a spacious and comfortable outdoor space, with a comfortable outdoor shower and barbecue. The accommodation is very cool and ventilated and in any case it is equipped with air conditioning. The house is equipped with everything. The hosts are very kind, helpful and attentive to every possible need. Upon our arrival, they made us find fresh fruits, as much as necessary for breakfast and other useful items for the stay. Highly recommended! You will be amazed by the breathtaking sunset over the sea!

Great location, in a quiet area in the countryside, near beautiful beaches (Zingarello's dream beach is 5 min drive and Punta Bianca 10-15 min) Agrigento can be reached in 20 min. Simple but well organized house with everything you need. Nice veranda for eating out. Tommaso and his sister welcomed us by making us find basic products for the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, spices, etc.) and the bathroom, but also milk and brioches for breakfast on the first day.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

The house is fantastic and refurbished to a high standard with lovely gardens and pool. The air con was good and cold which was much needed when we were there in July. The water pressure in the showers etc was also really good. The pictures in the advert don't do the house justice. You will need a car during your stay however the location is great and in one of the best parts of Sicily. The house is within 15 minutes of the beach, the beautiful historical towns of Modica and Scicli that have some great restaurants. You are are also not far from Noto and Marzamemi c45 mins away. Francesco is a really nice guy, he was easy to deal with and very responsive to our questions both prior and during our holiday. We would definitely recommend
