We had a fantastic time at Sergiy's property! This venue offers privacy with a great pool & outdoor facilities. It's only a ten minute drive to the Siesta Beach area. Sergiy was an excellent host, always quick to respond on our questions while being totally unobtrusive. We highly recommend this property.

this Airbnb was extremely well appointed with a full kitchen and everything and anything you could need! I’ve been to many Airbnb’s where I have to go out and buy toilet paper paper, products, wine, openers dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and that can add to the expense. This place had it all which I thought was very thoughtful by the owner.! The unit was extremely clean many condos. I’ve been and have very dirty floors, but not this one also very nicely decorated with a coastal style. The bed was very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend and stay here again myself. !

Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

My family of 5 (3 little kids) had a wonderful stay. Pool was great. Convenient location to the beach. Montana was super responsive. I'd stay here again.

Great location, exactly as listed. Came with all the essentials plus more. The condo was perfect for us and our 18 month old and the brand new pack and play was much appreciated. Very friendly beach town with the softest white sand!

I arrived late after dark but Chris’ guest duplex had a light on. Also there is attractive landscape lighting both front and in the enchanting private backyard patio. It felt magical entering this lovely place located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota. This duplex was spotless and attractively furnished. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Chris is a responsive, helpful host who respects the guest’s privacy. This is the place to stay if you ever visit Sarasota.

The house made us feel like we were at home away from home! The house had everything we would need for our week stay and made us feel comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a plus, didn't expect to actually use it but it was nice after the long eventful days. Alot of space outback if you want some sunshine or even some shady spots and fenced in is great for dogs and privacy! Nice neighborhood. Each beach is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, this house was a good choice for us.

Montana’s place was exactly as described. My grandchildren stopped by to visit and I appreciated the fact that it was kid friendly. I visit Sarasota often and would definitely stay here again if it’s available .

We had an amazing time at this vacation rental! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. Can easily walk right back to the house if any thing was forgotten. The backyard was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of outdoor seating and a convenient outdoor shower. The home was freshly cleaned and ready for our arrival, and Tom was great to work with, accommodating our early check-in. We loved the recently renovated touches, including the comfy king mattress in the bedroom (we even took note of the brand to get one for ourselves!). Our kids slept comfy on the sleeper sofa and the supplied wagon, cooler, umbrella, and beach toys made our beach days a breeze. One minor note: the listing pictures could use an update to reflect the recent renovations. Overall, though, we highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway!
